She is known for her flawless figure and high-maintenance fashion sense, but singer Nicole Scherzinger still knows how to rock a dressed-down look.

The 35-year-old former X Factor judge was spotted looking a little worn-out as she left a Hollywood gym following a workout on Wednesday.

And despite being dressed in head-to-toe lycra, the star looked incredibly well-co-ordinated.

Nicole wore a blue sports vest and cropped black leggings and tied a white jumper around her waist.

Her blue trainers matched her vest top perfectly and the singer carried a stylish black handbag and a bottle of water.

Letting her natural beauty shine through, she went make-up free under a pair of large dark sunglasses and she hid her brunette hair under a black baseball cap.

Nicole walked casually through the car park to her $200,000 Maserati sport car.

The former Pussycat Dolls star has been very candid about her exercise regime and admits she works out a lot but is not too strict with her diet.

She told Closer magazine: ‘I do a 30-45 minute jog twice a week and a lot of circuit training in the gym. I alternate from a few minutes of cardio to sets of 12 on each exercise. I like one-leg dead-lift squats and bed-overs using 10 pound weights.

‘I don’t believe in being too skinny or unhealthy. I believe in being healthy and having a healthy appetite, like I love to eat all my meals. I love to have my desserts, my chocolate and cheese.’

She also admitted that she doesn’t measure her body image by how much she weighs, because scales can be misleading.

‘By the time I was in the Pussycat Dolls, I was on the scales all the time. It became my enemy because I noticed that when I exercised really hard, I'd gain weight. Now that I'm in my 30s, I’ve stepped off the scale – I just go by how my clothes fit.’

In full girlfriend mode last week, Nicole visited her man, Lewis Hamilton at the Mercedes AMG Petronas team headquarters in Northamptonshire.

The love birds were seen snuggling up and affectionately wrapped in each other’s arms, showing just how close they've become since rekindling their on-off six-year relationship.

Nicole also brought the couple's pet pooches, Roscoe and Coco along for the ride.

Nicole and Lewis' five-year relationship came to an end in July 2013 – shortly before she toured the UK with Gary Barlow, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh with X Factor.

However, there was hope of a reconciliation a month later, when Lewis was spotted in the car-park of the hotel where Nicole was checked into.

Having regained her self-esteem after losing her baby weight, Imogen Thomas has to posed completely naked for a new magazine shoot this week.

The 30-year-old star told Closer that she has embraced her post-baby body, after accepting that she will never get back to her former size 8 figure following the birth of daughter Ariana in February.

And clearly more than confident with her new curves, Imogen is seen wearing nothing but a pair of nude patent heels and a wide smile as she strips off for this week's magazine.

Imogen has been following a low-fat diet and rigorous exercise regime for the past five-and-a-half months in a bid to shed her post-pregnancy pounds.

And while most celebrity mothers magically snap back into shape after pregnancy, Imogen has admitted it has been a struggle trying to get her figure back.

She said: 'It was a horrible shock when I realised there weren’t going to be any quick fixes.'

Imogen also said that all the extra time she put in at the gym appeared to be to no avail, adding: 'I was coming off the treadmill soaked in sweat and didn’t seem to be getting any thinner.

'I was in tears all the time and had to push myself so much, but I just kept thinking about the end result.'

In the no holds barred interview, Imogen talks about the pressure she faced to lose the baby weight after giving birth to baby Ariana - her first child with boyfriend Adam Horsley, 27.

She said: ‘I felt people expected me to snap back into shape after having a baby, but it just doesn’t happen like that.

'I’ve worked so hard to get back to where I am now and I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved. I’ll never be a size 8 and I’m not going to try to be one.'

With a string of sleepless nights the 5ft 6 glamour model is hardly living the glamorous life at the moment.

But Imogen admits she wouldn’t trade it for the world, saying: 'I absolutely love being a mum. She’s doing new little things every single day, like putting her arms out to me and laughing when I sing to her.'

And it looks like wedding bells could soon be on the cards for Imogen and Adam, as Imogen added: 'I would like to get married, I'd love to be a bride one day,’ she said.

'Adam loves me whatever my size and helped me see that while I might look different to before, I should embrace it.’

Her world came crashing down around her when she announced her shock split from husband Riad Erraji in July after almost six years of marriage.

But Natasha Hamilton has now opened up about her devastation surrounding her relationship breakdown as she posed nude for this week's issue of Closer magazine.

Baring all as she stripped off in a tasteful naked shoot, the 31-year-old singer was defiant as she vowed she would never fail her sons, Josh, 11, Harry, eight, and Alfie, three, despite struggling to come to terms with her marriage being over.

Speaking in an interview with Closer's New You supplement, she said: 'There are times when I’m an emotional wreck, but I feel like I’m getting stronger and moving on.

'I thought Riad and I were solid and would be able to work through any problems – but then there wasn’t a major problem. We just drifted apart. But while I might have failed as a wife, I’ll never fail as a mother.'

Although it might be hard to believe as she showed off her impeccable figure and perfect porcelain skin in the nude shoot, Natasha confessed a lack of intimacy between the couple might have been to blame for their marital split.

She explained: 'We were so busy, we lost sight of ourselves as a couple. We were living like friends, not husband and wife.

'I don’t think it helped that we often had the boys sleeping in our bed. But Alfie was really ill with chest infections in his first year and had a heart murmur, so we always felt happier when he was with us.

'Of course that takes its toll on you intimately, but Alfie’s wellbeing was – and is – our priority.'

The Atomic Kitten star is now coming to terms with being a single mother, but explained while she's 'exhausted' when she is on her own with the boys, she feels 'alone' when they're not with her.

She added: 'When the boys are with me, I have to do everything so, by bedtime, I’m exhausted. But when they’re with Riad, I feel alone. My instinct is to invite a friend over, but I tell myself: ‘You’re going to have to get used to this.

'We’re not enemies. I know there’s a bumpy ride ahead. There’s loads to sort out now we’ve split, but I hope we can both be mature for the sake of the kids.'

For the time being, Natasha is having to cope with seeing Riad move on with new women, namely Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, 25, who he was seen out on a date with last month.

She said: 'It was very surreal and gut-wrenching to see Riad with someone else. I knew it was inevitable, but that doesn’t stop it from hurting. He was the love of my life.

'A friend told me about the pictures – I’d never heard of Vicky before. It was horrible to see them, but at least it’s done now. I feel it’s another part of the break-up I’ve been able to deal with and I suppose it means I can move on that bit more.'

As anyone who has appeared on television knows, the camera adds 10lbs - meaning that stars of the small screen are often conscious of their weight.

But TOWIE star Sam Faiers has posed nude for Closer magazine, while insisting that she is more than confident about her size 10 figure.

Laying provocatively across a bed, Sam shows off her feminine curves in the shoot and says in the accompanying interview that her slightly heavier current weight is due to her being happy and content with boyfriend Joey Essex.

She said: 'I’ve never been self-conscious. OK, I’m not stick-thin or toned, but it’s not a big thing for me. A year ago I was a size 8. Now I’m a year older and comfortable in my relationship, so I’ve gained some weight and I’m a size 10.'

Sam, who is 5ft 6 and whose weight fluctuates between 9 and 10stone, added: 'We both love our food and when I have time off, I want to spend it relaxing with Joey, not exercising.

'It’s our busy lifestyle, too, grabbing sandwiches and takeaways.'

Sam also spoke about the cruel jibes she has been subjected to by those saying she looks significantly older than her 22 years.

But while she did admit that some of the comments 'hurt', Sam said she does her best to ignore the criticism.

She said: 'I don’t get that much abuse, I’ve been pretty lucky. Some people think I look older, but I don’t think it’s my face – without make-up, I’ve actually got a young face. I think I look about 18!

'People only think I’m older because of me being on TV, owning a business, a house. I’ve grown up more than other people might have at this age.'

However, Sam did add that she would consider following in the footsteps of her fellow TOWIE stars and have a breast enlargement on her 32D cleavage in the future.

She said: 'I’ve not got massive boobs, so I would get a boob job – but not until I’ve had the four kids I want!'

Famed for her role as Kathy Beale in the popular BBC1 soap opera EastEnders, she's about to make a name for herself as bikini babe.

Proving that she's still got it, Gillian Taylforth has stripped down to show off her stunning figure in a shoot with Closer magazine .

At 57-years-old, the actress puts some of her contemporaries to shame, and she revealed she surprise that people see her as 'sexy'.

Wearing a pastel orange two piece, Gillian, who weighs around 8st 6lbs, looks flawless as she stands with her hands behind her back.

With her mid-length blonde hair grazing her shoulders, the mother-of-two matched her lipstick to her swimsuit.

Gillian confessed to Closer: 'It really shocks me that people think I’m sexy! I’ve never seen myself like that.

'At the moment, I wouldn’t have surgery': Gillian admitted that she will not rule out cosmetic procedures in the future but at present is content with her appearance

'But I’m doing this shoot so I can look back when I’m old and grey and remind myself that I was quite all right once.'

She added: 'I’m actually not very good at accepting compliments. I’m a total tomboy - whenever you see me out and about I’ll be in my Timberlands and jeans. So it’s fun to glam up for Closer.'

Fresh from her stint in this year's Celebrity Big Brother, Gillian said she's not a fan of all-in-ones and would much rather to step out in a bikini.

'I don’t own a swimming costume, so when the CBB producers said there was going to be a small pool and a hot tub in the garden, I just took in what I had at home, a couple of bikinis.

'I actually prefer a bikini because I think I look OK in them. I try to look after myself and it’s nice to be able to wear what you want to wear.'

And letting out the secret to her enviable frame, Taylforth credits Zumba classes and healthy eating as the main benefactors.

The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant said: 'In the past couple of years, I’ve started doing Zumba three or four times a week, which really keeps me in shape.

'I have a set of three hand weights from Argos, so I try to do a few reps of those every day.

'I eat healthily and I don’t eat a lot of meat. I’d rather skip the meat and have the veg when I have a meal,' she added.

In another shot Gillian puts her feet up and she reclines on a white leather chair in a black bandeau halterneck bikini.

Opening up about her thoughts on plastic surgery, the London-born soap star said she doesn't feel the need to go down that route just yet.

'At the moment, I wouldn’t have surgery. I'm really lucky that my face has held up as long as it has, but never say never.

However she did admit: 'You don’t know what the future will hold - I might wake up one day and find all the years have caught up with me.'

In her prime she was a beautiful sought after model who had a body that many women wanted.

It seems that almost 25 years later, Paula Hamilton still has a body that will make females green with envy.

The 55-year-old former model posed nude for a sultry glossy photoshoot and revealed that she just loves being naked.

Speaking to Closer magazine while lying nude on a large bed, the Celebrity Big Brother contestant revealed why she feels more comfortable in her birthday suit.

She said: 'I love being naked and admiring my body. I grew up without any clothes on. It only gets annoying when you fall on to an ants’ nest!'

Her fabulous figure is undeniable, but Paula attributes healthy living and a physical fitness regime as the reason behind her great body.

She told the magazine: 'I discovered yoga six years ago and it’s given me the body of a teenager.

'I practise yoga and meditation for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night and it makes me feel so toned and energetic.'

She added: 'I have amazing flexibility and use trees to perfect my acrobatic poses. I tell people that a baby monkey first taught me how to do it!'

The wacky reality star was the first housemate to be evicted from the CBB house earlier this month, but that has not knocked her confidence.

With her size zero physique Paula has had a little bit of help in the cleavage department after getting a boob job some years ago.

She told the magazine: 'I'll never regret having a boob job – I love them so much. When I go on a beach holiday, I make two holes in the sand for them to rest in.'

Paula became one of the most famous faces of the 1980s as the star of the decade’s iconic Volkswagen Golf TV commercial.

Since leaving the Big Brother house she has said that she is ready to relaunch her career and has a number of things in the pipeline.

She's preparing to welcome twin girls into the world in a mere matter of weeks.

But rather than delight at the prospect of returning to her former size eight figure, Jenny Frost admitted both she and her husband can't get enough of her pregnancy curves.

Showing off her huge baby bump in an adorable shoot for Closer magazine, the 34-year-old singer - who has a five-year-old son Caspar from a previous relationship - explained her Spanish partner Vincente 'Vinnie' Juan Spiteri, 38, is thrilled with her changing shape.

She said: 'It’s Vinnie’s first time as a dad and he can’t wait, but he’s more excited right now about my new lumps and bumps.

'He calls me Jamona. Apparently, it’s meant to be a compliment and means sexy, curvy woman. But the first time he said it I asked him, "Did you just call me a pig or a big piece of ham?" as the words are quite similar in Spanish. Let’s just say he’s very happy with my extra pounds!'

And the former Atomic Kitten star admitted Vinnie's enthusiasm with her new figure has been a confidence boost - and has helped her to feel more secure when giving in to her pregnancy cravings.

She added to Closer: 'Being pregnant is a time when some women can feel insecure, but Vinnie has kept me feeling great about myself. Even though I had my bump on show for this photo shoot, I felt quite sexy, rather than mumsy.

'I’ve got a nice big belly, but I’ve not put on too much weight elsewhere apart from my bum, which I quite like. I’d like to say I’ve been watching what I eat, but I’ve felt so poorly with morning sickness, I’ve given in to what my body demands and that’s usually chips and gravy!'

'Being in a relationship with a man who loves me whatever my size means I’ve put on some weight, but that’s fine by me.'

And although Jenny is thrilled to be welcoming twin daughters into the world, the blonde star admitted her pregnancy is tinged with sadness after losing her beloved mother Rita, 60, back in 2010.

She explained: 'It’s going to be difficult without her. Just silly things like having her there for advice or to look after the kids while I’m at work or for my first night out with the girls.

'I miss her every day. She was amazing, but I talk about her all the time so the babies will know who she is. She’s our angel who makes everything happen for us.'

Despite being given the all-clear by her doctor last week, Jenny had a scare when she went into labour on Thursday morning.

Luckily doctors were able to suppress the labour, and the mother-to-be is now on complete bed rest.

Writing on her Twitter page on Monday evening, Jenny said: 'Well after tweeting all clear off the Dr on Wednesday night....it would appear I tempted fate! Went into full on labour 6am Thurs morning

'..the Drs managed to stop it but been in bed in hospital since.Allowed home now but on total BedRest!! #notaverygoodpatient.'

Myleene Klass has already returned from her three-week long vacation in Los Angeles but kept rather quiet about her beach romance.

The mother-of-two was seen getting along famously with a surfboard coach on Venice Beach, as he taught her some moves.

The 34-year-old was once again showing off her fantastic body in a red bikini as she turned heads on the popular stretch of beach.

Myleene looked in the shape of her life as she athletically followed direction from the hunky instructor and resembled a professional boarder.

With her long brown locks down over her shoulders she hid her eyes behind a pair of gold mirrored sunglasses and wore a big smile as she enjoyed herself.

The yummy mummy was the centre of attention on the bay as many male admirers stood and watched her training on her surfboard.

With the temperature soaring and the crashing waves creating a dramatic backdrop, Myleene was in her element as she hung ten, albeit from the safety of the sand.

Amongst the different tips she was given, Miss Klass must have been told that she needed to actually go into the sea to surf.

Despite this, she kept firmly on the sand and didn't actually take the large blue board into the water at all.

Myleene must have been a very good pupil as her instructor was so impressed with her, he cheekily asked for her phone number.

The couple were perhaps just swapping digits in order to book another lesson but the hunky dark haired surfer looked very pleased with himself as he watched Myleene run off into the distance.

The attention on Myleene didn't stop there as a lifeguard also stopped by to chat to the beautiful pianist but her mind was only on one thing - her children.

After her land locked surf lesson ended she spent some quality time with daughters Hero and Ava making a splash and building sand castles.

Myleene dressed one-year-old Hero in a cute polka dot outfit with a matching little turban while Ava, four, were her hair in plaits and covered up in a long sleeve swimsuit.
