Kim Kardashian is having a baby girl, it has been revealed.
The gender of Kim and Kanye West's baby was revealed on Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which showed Kim discovering the news during an sonogram.
Dr Paul Crane, the family's doctor, laughed as he found Kim and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, and their mother Kris Jenner all in the office excitedly waiting together.

'I don't see any pee-pees,' Dr Crane said as he tried to determine the gender, adding: 'I'm thinking it's a girl.'
'Oh my gosh! What's the percentage?' a nervous Kim was heard asking the doctor.
After being told that she was 99 per cent having a baby girl, Kim gushed: 'I am so excited to be having a girl, who doesn't want a girl.'

Support sisters: Khloe and Kourtney attended the ultrasound with Kim to hear the doctor tell them the happy news
Kim then added that it was what her boyfriend Kanye West, who is not in attendance, 'always wanted' noting that he would be thrilled at the revelation of their baby's sex.
Kim said: 'I know that's really what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl.'
Kim also hinted that her unborn child might be musical, as she shopped for baby clothes with Kourtney.
Drama: It wasn't all happy news though, and Kim was seen getting emotional when talking about her divorce to Kris Humphries

'I feel like my kid is going to need musical things,' said Kim as she suggested all the family babies should start a band.
'What kind of child will I have? A very tutu-y, like, princess?' Kim wondered as she gushed over the baby items.
'I just can't wait to see what she's going to talk like and look like. I am so excited about the joy she is going to bring into our lives,' she said.

Earlier in the episode, Kim told told the doctor she hopes to eat the placenta after the birth.
'I really want to do it,' Kim said, much to the horror of her mom Kris Jenner.
Despite the happy news however, drama wasn't far behind as Kim became emotional in an earlier scene.

Before Kim discovered the gender of baby, she began crying on her mother Kris Jenner's shoulder when talking about her divorce with Kris Humphries.
A teary Kim said: 'I'm probably going to have this baby married to someone else, that's not the way I wanted it'
Bringing down the tone of the episode considerably was Kim's sister Kourtney and her partner Scott Disick, who discussed intimate details of their bedroom antics on the show.
Keeping up: The premiere episode gave viewers an update of what Kim and her clan have been up to since we last saw them on the small screen
Family ties: It was the usual chaos in the Kardashian household during the season premiere on Sunday night

The episode was aired on the same day that Kim Kardashian was thrown a baby shower in Beverly Hills by her family.
Kim was spotted being driven to the Beverly Hills property by sister Khloe and then mingling with guests once the party kicked off.
The Reality star wore a flowing white gown, kept her head down and had a small smile on her face as Khloe sat behind the wheel of her white Range Rover.
