Through the keyhole: Jessica Alba opens the doors of her family's Beverly Hills home and reveals her passion for decorating
It's not often that a chance arises to take a look around a celebrity's home, but Jessica Alba has kindly obliged.
The 32-year old actress invited Domainehome.com in to her two-storey Beverly Hills house to find out more about family life in the Warren-Alba residence.
Jessica posed for photographs with her two daughters Honor, 5 and 1-year old Haven, who looked just as confident in front of the camera as their gorgeous mum.

In one picture, Jessica can be seen preparing a healthy salad for their lunch.
Wearing a pink sleeveless shirt, the brunette actress radiates health and happiness, no doubt due to her adherence to a healthy lifestyle.
As well as acting, Jessica runs an eco-friendly home and baby brand called The Honest Company, and recently wrote a lifestyle guide outlining her principles of healthy living, The Honest Life.

In the book, she outlined some ideas and methods that can be seen in action in her cute home, which she bought with her husband Cash Warren shortly before Honor was born in 2008.
She is an advocate of toxic free paint and furniture, and made sure to source non-VOC paint and PVC-free vinyl chairs.
She had her living room couches especially made by a carpenter in Glendale, who made sure to stuff them with only nontoxic filler and used a flame-retardant-free grey velvet for the outer covering.
But not everything on show has been made to order, and she reveals that she likes to hunt for one-offs on Craigslist and This Is Not Ikea.

Playroom: Jessica has painstakingly decorated all of the rooms in her two storey home
'I find that things that are mass-produced these days don’t have the touch that older things have.
'I also like the story behind something, the fact that it’s had a life,' she said.
Of course, using second hand furniture at home is also quite a good form of recycling, which Jessica is also aware of.
She told the blog that Haven's bedroom features a dresser that she picked up from an antiques shop and reconditioned, painting it turquoise.
And she also has an armchair which used to belong to The Great Gatsby author F. Scott Fitzgerald.
