The season of over-indulging has left many feeling a tad bloated.

But it looks as though Vanessa White has been keeping fit rather than eating the traditional Christmas treats over the past few weeks, judging by her bikini body.

The stunning member of The Saturdays shared a picture from her winter holiday in Mauritius on her Instagram page on Friday, showing off her perfect beach body in a tiny two piece.

The singer, who has been on holiday on the beautiful island for the past week, looked happier than ever as she posed on some rocks in the sea.

'While searching for crabs... #Mauritius,' she wrote along with the snap, letting people know she was busy hunting for some little sea critters.

In the picture, the 25-year-old appeared well and truly relaxed thanks to her break, showing off her incredibly lean and toned physique flawlessly in her swimwear.

She has recently been hitting the gym hard, working out almost on a daily basis in order to keep her figure in tip-top shape.

The pop beauty recently spoke about her desire to keep fit over the notorious festive period, admitting that she would stay on top of her fitness regime... and it looks as though it has well and truly paid off.

'I don't want to let myself go and then have to frantically catch up in January, so I'll be back at the gym on December 27,' she explained.

Vanessa has been enjoying herself on her idyllic getaway for the past week with her long-term boyfriend Gary Salter and some friends.

And she has been keeping her devoted fans up to date with her goings-on, sharing the odd picture here and there from her sun-soaked week away.

She rang in the New Year on the beach, wearing a striking floor-length purple gown with a halterneck, which she revealed was backless in the most flattering of ways.

The star accentuated her natural good looks with party-ready make-up, and added a large stylish necklace to complete her outfit.

Along with her beau, she has also been taking several dips in their swimming pool and the sea, really letting her hair down ahead of another busy year in one of the UK's most popular girl groups.

The hitmakers released their Greatest Hits compilation in August 2014, but Una Foden revealed that they will return to the studio to work on new music.

'We've actually got another album coming out after the greatest hits, so there is more to come,' she said in the summer.
