The 28-year-old oozed glamour in a glittering black gown that swept the floor as she left a hotel to attend a Save Venice ball with her boyfriend Sam Esmail in New York City.

Emmy's glossy brown locks tumbled down in romantic curls that framed her face and were parted at the side.
She upped the glam factor with a pair of glittering chandelier earrings, and added a splash of colour with ruby red lips.
With a matching clutch in hand, the star looked breath-taking as she took the lead for her boyfriend, who was sharply dressed in a black suit and bow tie.

Later that night, the star Instagrammed a glimpse of the festivities.
Disguised behind a mask, Emmy's caption read: '#savevenice in @ralphlauren #maskedball masquerade.... paper faces on parade...masquerade..'

Emmy's hit show Shameless has been renewed for a sixth season, and the actress has also welcomed a famous face to her neighbourhood.
The star recently discussed her new neighbour Justin Bieber, confessing she was terrified when the pop star moved in next door.
'I went over to kind of offer him a neighbourly 'hello', and I'm not going to do that again, because he has, like, a ton of bodyguards there, and they're really scary, she joked during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Sway In The Morning.
'He pulled up in his car and just went inside. He was actually rapping as he got out of the car.
'It was so surreal to me, that I was like, "I'm not going to go ask for a cup of sugar over there".'
