She's a busy working mother with a jam-packed schedule.
But Rochelle Humes evidently hasn't been skipping any gym sessions if her latest smouldering snap is anything to go by.
The TV presenter, 26, looked utterly incredible as she showcased her washboard abs in sporty Calvin Klein underwear in a striking new black and white shot.

With her boyfriend jeans unbuttoned and pulled down at the waist, the mother-of-one displayed her flat tummy and generous cleavage to perfection.
The former The Saturdays singer wore her long, tousled bob worn in a side parting, and accessorised with a simple neck chain.
Alongside the snap, Rochelle wrote: 'Chillin in my Calvins.'
Best known for being a member of bands S Club 8 and The Saturdays before presenting The Xtra Factor, Rochelle now co-presents assault course game show Ninja Warrior UK for ITV.

And the pretty songstress has also just returned from Dubai, where she has been modelling her latest Very.co.uk collection.
The other half of JLS singer Marvin Humes unveiled her first collection for Very in 2014 and has since added to the line in the form of willowy tops, lady-like dresses and skinny jeans.
The budding designer has also been taking to television adverts alongside Very veteran Fearne Cotton to showcase her designing skills.

Speaking of Fearne's partnership with Very to Glamour, Rochelle stated: 'Obviously she's been there for a long time so I feel like I've come into a very good team.'
'She has sort of set the standard so I've got to make sure that I'm as good as her, but she's great, I love her.'
Rochelle is also mother to daughter Alaia-Mai, two, with husband Marvin, 30.
