The model celebrated her birthday on Sunday in a delicate chain mail tank top which revealed her star-shaped pasties as she headed to dinner in New York with friends and family.
Bella led the way outdoors for her boyfriend The Weeknd and her mother Yolanda Foster while also flashing her underwear in the sequined, see-through skirt.
