Fitness fans Lucy Mecklenburgh and Chloe Madeley showcase their impressive gym-honed physiques in nude photoshoot

Barenaked Brits! Fitness fans Lucy Mecklenburgh and Chloe Madeley showcase their impressive gym-honed physiques in nude photoshoot

They have both seen their developing love of exercise turn them into fitness inspirations.
So it is no surprise that Lucy Mecklenburgh and Chloe Madeley were among the stars chosen to strip off for the latest issue of Women’s Health UK.
The pair joined the likes of American model Chrissy Teigen and TV presenter Kirsty Gallagher for a new feature in the title which sees the stars talk about their body insecurities.

Lucy, 23, easily stood out among the dress mannequins in her shoot as she admitted that starring on The Only Way Is Essex was not good for her figure.
'TOWIE didn't just bring me fame, it made be bigger than I'd ever been before,' she said. 'I was drinking every night, living off pasta – I'd never worried about exercise or 'no carbs before Marbs', but suddenly I couldn't fit into my jeans.
The star, who has since founded popular fitness site Resultswithlucy.com, added: ‘So two years ago I started working with a PT Celia Harris. I slimmed down quickly and I'd wake up happier, more motivated – I wanted to get to the gym to push my body.'
Personal trainer Chloe Madeley, 28, appeared to be at one with nature as she showed off her figure in all its glory and admitted that she first started working out in order to look like Britney Spears.

The daughter of TV presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan explained: 'My body started with a challenge. I was watching MTV and made a bet with my PT [and ex], Danny Young, that he couldn't make my body look like Britney Spears' circa 'I'm a Slave 4 U'.
‘He proved me wrong in three weeks. I never looked back. From there, I decided to become a PT.'
And 39-year-old TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher admitted she is not always body confident but is getting better.
The beautiful brunette - who split from husband Paul Sampson last year - said: 'If I was going to rate my body confidence out of 10, I'd say seven.
‘This time last year, it would've been much lower, but after a divorce and juggling full-time work with two kids, I made the decision to start channeling my energy into positive things, and that includes getting into shape.'

In the article, many of the women talked about overcoming self-doubt about the way they look to appreciate how their body works.
Sophie Hitchon, who is a British Olympic Hammer Thrower and Current British Record Holder, revealed that she used to hate her sturdy figure but now loves it.
She said: 'I love my big thighs. I wouldn't be able to pick up a hammer without them. I put blood, sweat and tears into building them up.

'When I was younger, I always wished I was more petite or willowy; now they're a symbol of my success as an athlete.'
Sophie isn't the only sportswoman to have overcome body insecurities that came about from her training.
Fran Halsall, who is a European Champion Swimmer, Commonwealth Gold Medalist and World Silver Medallist has developed a strong upper body after years of training.
She said: 'I have a very particular body shape – but I've accepted my big shoulders are the tools of my trade.'
Not everyone had this attitude though, in fact, Samantha Murray, who is a World Champion Pentathlete and Olympic Silver Medalist, believes her body looks the best it ever will at the moment.
She said: 'It would be an insult to my body to say there are parts I'm not keen on – it's served me so well and I couldn't have won an Olympic medal without it.'

Katie Hopkins' proposed prime-time programme 'fails to sign up any celebrity guests as no-one wants to speak to her'

Chat no-show! Katie Hopkins' proposed prime-time programme 'fails to sign up any celebrity guests as no-one wants to speak to her'

Katie Hopkins was once widely-regarded as 'the most hated woman in Britain'.
So it won't come as a huge surprise to many that she is proving unpopular with the celebrity crowd and finding it hard to tap guests for a new chat show, as The Daily Mirror reported on Thursday.
The 40-year-old, who is said to be in talks for the TLC prime-time programme, has been at the centre of multiple social media feuds with high profile individuals in the last year and is thought to be struggling to sign anyone up to appear on the show because 'no-one wants to speak to her.'

A source told the newspaper that not a single celebrity has signed up after agents were asked to put talent forward.
The source said: 'They can't find anyone who wants to go on it. She is too controversial, too nasty.
'The bottom line is no-one wants to speak to her. Why would you want to go and speak to her?'
Though her chat show is yet to be confirmed, a representative for TLC and Katie Hopkins has been contacted by MailOnline for comment.

Former Apprentice contestant Katie previously worked with the television channel when she curated a documentary that saw her gain 3st to highlight the obesity epidemic in the UK.
Since coming second on one of Celebrity Big Brother's most fiery series to date, Katie has launched unprovoked attacks on stars including Kelly Clarkson, Chloe Madeley, Kelly Osbourne, Kym Marsh and Denise Welch.
The sharp-tongued reality star has targeted celebrities for issues such as cancer awareness, calling Angelina Jolie 'smug' when she discussed her extensive preventative surgery, and also new mothers, as she recently attacked Kelly Clarkson for gaining 'carrot cake weight'.
Kelly was one of the few celebrities to refuse to rise to it on social media and responded with a defiant 'I'm awesome' when Katie said of her: 'Look chubsters, Kelly Clarkson had a baby a year ago. That is no longer baby weight. That is carrot cake weight. Get over yourselves.'

Katie was even brazen enough to reference the late Peaches Geldof - the daughter of Bob Geldof who died of a heroin overdose last year aged 25 - in a recent vile social media slam.
She said: 'Chloe Madeley, Peaches Geldoff and Jesus. One thing in common. Only famous 'cos of their dad.'
Celebrities have also been quick to defend each other on social media, wading into others' feuds to encourage the television personality to keep her opinions to herself.
This week, Katie started an argument when she tweeted TV star Richard Madeley about his gym-obsessed daughter Chloe with a comment on her recent fitness snaps.

She said: 'Bloody hell @richardm56 - have a word with your daughter love. Tell her to put it away, or put some clothes on it.'
TOWIE star Maria Fowler was quick to reply, questioning Katie's authority to comment on such things when she was captured having intercourse in a field with another man's husband back in 2007.
Maria chimed in saying: 'Least she's not naked. In a field. Having sex. On camera.'

A proposed chat show is no doubt sure to draw in the viewers after the latest series of CBB, in which Katie caused race and sexism rows, had its highest ratings since moving over to Channel 5.
It was also the channel's most talked-about series, over on Katie's familiar social media stomping ground, Twitter.
Her two-part TLC documentary, My Fat Story which aired in January, achieved record ratings for the channel too.
It scored scored 140k viewers for the first part and 210k in the second, while the show was up 0.9% on previous success Jodie Marsh On…Plastic Surgery that went out in October 2014.

Name that celebrity catwalk kid!

Let's play... Name that celebrity catwalk kid! What was it about Boris Becker's daughter that won her a modelling break? Possibly the same good fortune as these young stars

The perks of having a famous parent are obvious - a lavish lifestyle, seemingly unlimited pocket money and a wealth of opportunities unavailable to 'regular' kids.
But one of the major downsides is being labelled someone's son or daughter rather than the musicians, sportspeople or designers they might well be.
Some manage to find success on their own terms but are these eight fashion starlets among them? How many can you name and - be honest - is it because you've seen them snapped with mum and dad?
Answers at the bottom. No peaking.

The 16 contestants have already begun training and will have to tackle events such as bobsleigh, slalom and ski cross.
But before even landing a place in the contest, they must complete a skeleton run, with the fastest racers directly qualifying while the others will be involved in a live ski jump.
Those who achieve the shortest distances will have to sit out as substitutes.
