After being left out of the GB football squad David Beckham had considered boycotting the London 2012 Olympics.
But that wistful thought is well and truly gone as David Beckham took to the sporting extravaganza in the Olympic Park in Stratford yet again tonight.
In fact, the footballing superstar could be in contention for the best spectator of the event altogether.

He has been spotted at several keys events over the last fortnight, not least forgetting his starring role in the Opening Ceremony.
And he has often taken his boys along for the fun, while he even showed up to see wife Victoria practicing her routine for the closing ceremony with the Spice Girls.
    As it was the last night of competition tonight, Beckham ensured he was on hand to witness the key medals being won again.

    He showed up with his boys in tow and sat next to Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz throughout.
    First of all they sat track side to watch the men's 5,000 metre race to cheer on Team GB's Mo Farrah.
    And they were in for a special treat as he became victorious to pick up the gold before their very eyes.
    David was so excited he jumped up in the air and shouted as he saw him cross the finish line.

    Quickly! Beckham ensured he didn't miss any of the action as they took their seats in good view of the diving board

    He stood behind London Mayor Boris Johnson as he watched the race while wearing an Adidas jacket with beige trousers.
    And he threw his arms in the air, along with his sons, at the momentous occasion.
    Beckham didn't have enough of that excitement, however, and as soon as he witnessed the win he headed across to the Aquatics Centre.

    He was seen hurrying in with his sons to take their seats ready to watch Tom Daley compete for a medal in the high diving.
    Again they were ecstatic as they watched the 18-year-old eventually pick up bronze after showing off an impressive display.
    Beckham was seen kissing his boys and high fiving them at different intervals.
