They've been working hard supporting Demi Lovato on her Neon Lights tour and are now gearing up for their own arena tour.
And Little Mix displayed the results of such an energetic routine as they showed off their slim figures at the ITV studios on Friday.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock led the way as she drew attention to her enviably flat stomach in a white crossover bra top with a pair of patterned silk trousers and a similar patterned jacket.

The 22-year-old teamed her outfit with green printed sandals and hoop earrings, with green nail varnish and brown lipstick.
However, it was her tiny waist that really caught the eye - with Leigh-Anne grinning as she drew attention to her washboard abs by posing with her hand on her hips.
Jade Thirlwall, 21, also opted for a stomach-baring outfit in a patterned two-piece consisting of a cropped top and high-waisted trousers - flashing just a hint of toned tummy.

Perrie Edwards, 20, joined Jade and Leigh-Anne by going down the patterned route, sporting a blue and white paisley jumpsuit and white coat with black strappy sandals.
Jesy Nelson, meanwhile, stuck to her favourite colour of black, wearing a fitted black maxi dress with a sheer panel across the bottom.
The 22-year-old had something of a fashion fail, however, by forgetting  to remove the labels from her strappy black sandals before heading into the studios.
In the interview on This Morning, Leigh-Anne added that she and her bandmates never really tend to fight over clothes because they 'all have our own individual styles.'

Speaking about recording the video for the track, which is punctuated with celebrity cameos, Jesy said the girls were most excited about working with ex Spice Girls star Mel C.
She said: We were on set and having a boogie and then she literally just turned up and did her little Girl Power kick - it was crazy. She is so lovely.'

Little Mix also spoke about how much their lives have changed since winning The X Factor three years ago.
Jesy said: 'We've been on such a journey and we just feel so lucky that we are in the position that we are in.
'None of us ever thought that this was going to happen - we wanted it to from the beginning when we had these dreams but we never thought we'd be able to go to America, and have a number four album, and all those things.'
Sport Relief starts on Friday night at 7pm on BBC One.
