Pam Hogg sends models down the runway in spike-adorned head wear, sheer catsuits and latex thigh-high boots to the tune of David Bowie

She's a rebel, rebel! Pam Hogg sends models down the runway in spike-adorned head wear, sheer catsuits and latex thigh-high boots to the tune of David Bowie

  • Pam Hogg unveiled her new collection at Covent Garden's Freemasons Hall
  • Alice Dellal and Melanie Blatt's daughter Lilyella walked for the designer
  • Celebrity guests included Nick Grimshaw, Jo Wood and Nick Rhodes
She's at the forefront of keeping the glam rock movement alive and Pam Hogg's latest London Fashion Week collection didn't disappoint.
Despite starting an hour late, the mood amongst the eccentrically-dressed crowd in Covent Garden's Freemasons Hall was a jubilant one as they eagerly waited to see what the Scottish-born visionary had dreamed up for Autumn/Winter 2016.
Never one to shy away from a carefully orchestrated shocker, the veteran designer decided to send models down the runway in sheer catsuits that left little to the imagination.
All Saints star Melanie Blatt cheered as her daughter Lilyella walked in the show, dressed in a spike-adorned hat and high-waisted knickers

In a bid to protect the girls' modesty, the Glasgow School of Art graduate had added strategically-placed gold and black stars to the bodysuits.
Pam's is renowned for her love affair with the body stocking and believes the garment is 'empowering'.
Speaking before the show, she told Clash: 'For me it’s a way to adorn the whole body in one, it’s become my trademark, in its simplicity with just one garter or completely embellished with hundreds of cut outs creating patterns.
'It’s powerful in that it’s a second skin, you become confident. Everyone who tries one for the first time says it empowers them.'

Her fondness of the garment doesn't look like it's going to ever waver and models also strutted their stuff in a super-tight red latex version and a neon green design that was adorned with silver stud embellishments.
All Saints singer Melanie Blatt led a loud cheer from the front row, which also included Nick Grimshaw, Jo Wood and her daughter Leah, and Nick Rhodes as her daughter Lilyella took to the runway.
Dressed in the most talked about outfit from the presentation, Lilyella donned spike-adorned head wear, a cleavage-revealing bralet and studded high-waisted knickers.
As the sounds of David Bowie filled the packed hall, a topless model walked in a pair of burnt orange trousers that had a black star print on them.
She had to hold braces over her nipples in an attempt to stop them from popping out.

Brazilian-born model Alice Dellal was one of the noticeable faces from the presentation.
She walked in a pair of racy latex thigh-high boots, a silver spiky choker and an extremely fierce-looking jumpsuit.
Not to be out staged by her scantily-clad models and outlandish garments, Pam made her bows in a front of a wildly clapping audience in a pair of black PVC trousers and platform heels.
She walked down the runway with the help of model Alice, smiling with glee throughout.
The designer, who says her show comes from 'a fusion of all the ideas in my head', was recently picked to create this year's BRIT Awards.
