Elvis' model granddaughter Riley Keough puts on a very sexy display in risque shoot for Esquire

Elvis' model granddaughter Riley Keough puts on a very sexy display in risque shoot for Esquire - as she reveals she once sold a watch Michael Jackson gave her for $5

  • The 26-year-old strips down to a see-through top, panties, and a cut-out sweater in the magazine's March issue
  • She said she has always liked making money, and used to hold sales for her mother's staff, selling her personal things — like Jackson's watch
  • The Girlfriend Experience star added that she doesn't really think about the fact that Elvis was her granddad because she never met him
With the one and only Elvis Presley as her grandfather, Riley Keough didn't exactly have to work in order to live in the lap of luxury — but she's never been afraid to put in the time in order to earn some cash of her own.
The 26-year-old model-turned-actress poses in a seriously sexy shoot in the March issue of Esquire magazine, where she opens up about her work ethic and love of raking in the big bucks.
She loves it so much, in fact, that as a kid she was willing to sell a gift given to her by her former stepfather Michael Jackson — for a measly five dollars.

Cashing in: Riley said she's always wanted to make her money, not  just have 'family money'
'I was always interested in having my own money — not my family's money,' she told the magazine. 'I don't think it had anything to do with me being Elvis's granddaughter. None of my drive was I need to get away from my family legacy! I wanted to save up the money to go to film school.
'But I always wanted my own money, and I just loved working,' she went on. 'I'd set up a little store in the living room and sell stuff that I'd been given, for a dollar, to my mother's staff. I remember this Disney watch that Michael gave me. I think I sold that for five.'
Amazingly, the star progeny doesn't seem put-off about the fact that she clearly got fleeced for such a precious heirloom, which would probably fetch thousands at auction today.
Riley's mom, Lisa Marie Presley, married Michael Jackson on May 26, 1994, and the two were divorced during the summer of 1996.
In fact, Riley — who posed for a series of super-sexy shots for the issue which see her revealing plenty of skin in see-through lace tops and underwear — doesn't really see the big deal about her famous heritage.Fame: Riley's mom is Lisa Marie Presley, right, Elvis' daughter — who was once married to Michael

'People always ask, "How crazy is it that your grandpa was Elvis and your stepdad was Michael Jackson?"' she said. 'I make them happy and say, "Yeah, it's soooo crazy!" But actually, I don't think about it, ever.
'The reality is, I know as much about my grandpa as you'd know about a grandpa you never met,' she admitted.
The Blue Suede shoes singer died in August of 1977, over a decade before Riley was even born in May of 1989.
In terms of making money as an actress, though, Riley said that it hasn't been as easy as she thought it would be after quickly booking a role in the film The Runaways.
'I had a little lucky streak from a minute, booked another movie. Booked another movie. Booked another movie. [I thought), "This is f***ing easy". I see this with a lot of people who start acting,' she said. You go in — "I got this", and you're cocky, and people like that, so they hire you.

'Then you get beaten up little bit. Everything crashes. "Oh my God. Am I a s*** actor?" The you're not so cocky.'
Luckily for the blonde stunner, she seems to have rebounded. She now stars in the Starz series The Girlfriend Experience, in which she plays a call girl.
The new issue of Esquire also features a shoot with Daily Show host Trevor Noah, who talked about Jon Stewart passing the torch, as well as his childhood in Apartheid South Africa — where he used his sense of humor to break up racial tension.
'Let's say a group of white kids were about to fight with a group of black kids. You could break the tension with a perfectly placed comment and crack everybody up,' he said.
'And now, once they've laughed, they can't fight. Because now they've broken that facade of impenetrability. That was always my favorite thing...to pierce a moment with a well-timed joke.'
