As the showbiz world waits to see if R-Patz will give cheating Kristen Stewart the heave ho, Katy appeared to enjoy checking him out on the cover of BlackBook magazine as she lounged by her hotel pool in Miami today.

She told USA Today: 'That's not even appropriate to label,' when asked about her relationship status.

The pair were first spotted getting up close and personal at Coachella Festival in April and have since been spending time together when Katy has been in London.
