Ellie Goulding shows off a very boosted bustline at Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards

That's a very good corset! Ellie Goulding shows off a very boosted bustline at Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards

Ellie Goulding showed off a curvy figure at the Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards on Thursday evening, with a little help from a white bustier top.
The 26-year-old star walked out of the event, which was held at the Victoria and Albert museum in central London, flanked by two bodyguards in smart suits.
A cream ribbon was tied around the singer’s waist, accentuating her shrinking figure – which comes just days after the star admitted she used to lack self-confidence.

Less curves: Back in 2011 the star flaunted a much less curvy figure than she showed off on Thursday

Cup runneth over:  Ellie had a much less curvy figure back in June 2011 when she was spotted sunbathing in LA
The star’s cream corset top was made of such fine material the boning was visible from the outside, giving the singer a structured and skin-tight look.
In contrast Ellie’s black velvet full-length skirt fell around her ankles with movement as she sashayed out of the swanky award ceremony.
It looks like the singer's corset was working hard creating a stunning curvacious figure for the young star, who looked a lot less busty back in June 2011.
Speaking to The Mirror in 2011, the star said: 'Sometimes I feel I would like a boob job because I have run my boobs off.
'When you run as far and as often as I do, the boobs are the first thing to go. But I don’t think I would ever get it done, because I like running too much.'

The blonde star kept her hair simple, letting a natural curl hand loosely around her shoulders but a pin keeping her fringe out of her face.
Intricate gold earrings and a simple gold bangle finished off the 26-year-old’s look – as did a light dusting of bronze eye shadow and a natural-looking pink lip gloss.
Although they were barely visible during the award ceremony, when Ellie walked out of the venue she gave us a glimpse of her shoes which were open toe, black stilettos.
And not only did she look good on Thursday evening, but she went home a winner after being presented with Cosmopolitan's Ultimate Music Star award.
Collecting her award, she said: 'I am surprised but very happy - it is such an honour to win this, I haven't won many in the past. I have only won one Brit award but I've been nominated for a few.

A change for Ellie: The star’s cream corset top was made of such fine material the boning was visible
'I felt like the people who went up before me were so inspirational and so cool that I feel slightly inadequate, but at the same time i feel like i have come a long way and this is the real tip of my journey now.'
The star also spoke about her training regime: 'I started running like Forrest Gump when I was 18; I went out running one day and  never stopped.
'It has transformed my life as I don't really think about anything when I run and it is the one time when I am by myself and I don't think of songs, and think of nothing and I do it every day and I think its a really good thing for my mind.'
Too much glow: Ellie looked a little too bronzed under the bright lights of the cameras

She added: 'I've run five half marathons - I might run a marathon next year if I'm around.'
Despite looking stunning in her minimalist outfit, the star’s not always had the confidence she’s got right now.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, she said: ‘I went through a time of being quite insecure. I’d convinced myself I was fat; I didn’t like my figure and I had a big nose.’
She added: ‘Now I’ve finally got to a place where I don’t focus on those things. I feel like I’m not changing for anyone; I’m doing it all for myself because there’s no-one else to do it for.’
The full interview appears in the January 2014 issue of Cosmopolitan, on sale 6th December
