As the America's Got Talent judge turns sideways, her Red Nose is seen for the first time. Heidi continues on into the light and pouts at the lens.
She says: 'What is true beauty? Does it consume you? Do you consume it? Is it a perfect look, a perfect face or is it something deeper?
