Ella Eyre cuts a glamorous figure in a plunging black dress as she joins presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford at the MOBO Awards 2015 nominations launch

She earned a nod in the coveted Best Female category.
And Ella Eyre ensured she was dressed to impress at the MOBO Awards 2015 nominations launch in London on Wednesday, where she was joined by presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford, who was on hosting duties.
The 21-year-old Deeper hit-maker wowed in a simple black dress with a plunging neckline and halterneck straps at the big announcement, where it was revealed she will face off against the likes of FKA Twigs and Jess Glynne at the awards.

Ella set off her look with gold drop earrings and a pair of cut-out heels, wearing her enviable curly mane pinned back from her face.
Rivaling the breakout star in the style stakes was former Xtra Factor host Sarah-Jane, pairing a sheer blouse with a luxurious, silk midi skirt. 
Speaking at the event, Ella confessed: 'I'm really flattered to be a part of it, especially to be nominated in such a strong category as Best Female.

'I'm a huge fan of Lianne La Havas and she's in the category as well, I wouldn't mind losing to her to be honest.
'She has a fantastic voice, has made a great album and I think that it's great that she's getting the accolades she deserves.'
The 2015 MOBO Awards will take place on Wednesday November 4 at Leeds' First Direct Arena and Ella can't wait to get up to West Yorkshire because she has fond memories of being in the city in North England when she toured with Rudimental.

The 21-year-old pop star said: 'I love Leeds. I got my love for Leeds when I first went on tour with Rudimental. It's such a great place to go out and it's a really lovely city to be in. 
'I'm definitely a Northerner inside, somewhere along the line I was born in the wrong place. I love being up North. I've had a few messy nights up there but who hasn't?'
Krept & Konan led the nominations at the 20th MOBO Awards during the big announcement on Wednesday. 
The Freak Of The Week hit-makers received four nods in categories including Best Album for The Long Way Home, Best Male, Best Hip Hop and Best Song as the nominations were announced this morning

The grime duo - Casyo 'Krept' Johnson and Karl 'Konan' Wilson - will take to the stage at the annual awards ceremony later this year for a special performance.
And Krept & Konan weren't the only artists from the worlds of grime and hip hop to be recognised as the genre dominated the nominations with a whopping 27 nods in categories including Best Song, Best Male Act, Best Video and Newcomer.
Elsewhere FKA Twigs has been nominated in the Best Female and Best Video categories, with her videos for Pendulum and Glass & Patron both in with a chance of winning the award.
Lianne La Havas will challenge Krept & Konan for the Best Album gong with her hit record Blood while Wearing My Rolex hitmaker Wiley was announced as the first recipient of the inaugural MOBO Paving The Way award.
The 2015 MOBO Awards are set to take place on Wednesday November 4 at Leeds' First Direct Arena and will be broadcast live on ITV2 and later repeated in full on ITV.
