And Jourdan Dunn gave her 1.6million Instagram followers an insight into how she achieves her incredible shape as she shared a stunning snap on Monday.

The 25-year-old supermodel looked sensational as she showed off her taut abs and lithe figure while expertly practicing ballet against a bar in a perfectly executed stance.

Jourdan showed off her physique in a tiny pink crop top with matching leggings which clung to every inch of her sensational figure.

Standing on one foot on her tip-toe, the London-born beauty slightly bent one knee while arching her leg behind her and resting it on the bar.

Her modest bust was contained in her baby pink sports bra, while also showing off her long, lithe arms as she raised one above her head while clutching a weighted exercise ball.

The stunning model styled her ombre locks into a dead straight style which could potentially have got in the way of her graceful exercise routine.

While the stunning star has clearly been busy working out, she recently spoke out about the lack of diversity in the modelling industry.

The star, who was one of the most famous faces on the catwalks at the recent Paris Fashion Week shows, insisted that more change needs to happen.

There are definitely a lot more girls of colour being represented,' she affirmed to ELLE magazine in a recent interview.

'But I also feel like we're 100% still not there. I want to see us get to a place where seeing a black girl, anywhere, is not such a big deal.

'Why can't it just be the norm to see black models in campaigns and on covers and runways? It's still too much of a big thing when this happens.'

Burberry model Jourdan is the proud mother to six-year-old son Riley, with whom she teamed up for a brand new childrenswear range for M&S earlier this year.

Speaking in an issue of British Vogue magazine last year, of which she was the cover star, Jourdan said that she became jealous of her own mother who looked after Riley as she worked internationally.

They are so close I was kind of jealous of their relationship in the beginning. But it works for me.

'You can find the balance of being a working mother, but I couldn't do it without my mum. She is the one who allowed me to go and do my thing,' she added.
