She's recently been cheated on and dumped on national television.
And now Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson is out to show ex-boyfriend Spencer Matthews exactly what he's missing, by posing for a racy new spread in FHM magazine.
Stripping down to her underwear, the reality star adopts a number of steamy poses in the photo shoot, proving that she's well and truly over her heartbreak.
Heartbreak cure: Louise Thompson strips down for a photo shoot in the new issue of FHM, after being dumped on Made In Chelsea by Spencer Matthews
After finding out that her former love had slept with someone else in her bed, it seems that the student is out to show the world that she's not someone to be messed with.
Giving her most provocative pout, the 23-year-old, who is hoping to make it into the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World list, wears neon pink lace underwear in the shoot.
Her dip-dyed hair is loose and tousled over her shoulders as she gives a steamy pose, wearing just an over-sized grey T-shirt in one frame.
Smouldering: Louise certainly shows her lothario ex-boyfriend what he's missing in the series of racy snaps
Moving on: Since being dumped and cheated on by her former love, Louise seems to have regained her confidence
While Made In Chelsea fans all over the country have been praying for Louise to see the light and leave Spencer, she admitted to the magazine that she has a thing for 'bad boys.'
This month's FHM, announcing the 100 Sexiest Women in the World, is on sale on Thursday
'I actually really fancy Dappy from N-Dubz. Can you imagine?,' she also revealed, suggesting that she has a very diverse taste in men.
'I have had my eye on England cricketer Stuart Broad, but the problem is he looks like someone who gets a lot of attention,' she added.
But Louise has recently been spotted out and about with co-star Andy Jordan, suggesting that they've finally got together after months of flirting.
On Monday night's episode of the hit E4 reality show, Spencer, 25, admitted to his ex-girlfriend that he had cheated on her in her own bed.
'I feel bad and as usual in my pathetic awful manner I want to be honest and tell you the rumours are true,' he said, in a bid to do the right thing.
Clearly disgusted with the behaviour of the man she used to love, she responded: 'You f****d someone in my bed. This is the lowest of the low.'
Turning into an argument, Spencer's remorse soon turned into resentment and he went on to claim that he and Louise had still been sleeping together, even that very morning.
Disgusted: Louise couldn't hold back her anger as Spencer admitted that he'd cheated on her on Monday night's MIC
Turning it round: The love rat then claimed that he and Louise had slept with each other since they split up, which she denied
Jaime Murray says she is a big fan of British high street shops

Channeling an icon: Keira Knightly gets into character as Coco Chanel in the newly released teaser trailer for Karl Lagerfeld's short film, Once Upon A Time
The short, created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Chanel's first store launch in Deauville, gives a glimpse into the life of the label's founder, realised by the current Creative Director.
Set in 1913, the first shot in the short teaser shows French actress Clotilde Hesme, who plays Coco's friend and aunt Adrienne, carrying a large hatbox around the store, with the words Gabrielle Chanel printed on the front.
The scene switches to show the town's cobbled streets, where Keira is standing outside the boutique, chatting to a car of people who have stopped by.

High style: Keira spots a fashionable woman who's walking past the boutique, and quickly becomes entranced by her
In character as Coco, the actress stands next to Clotilde in the next scene, wearing a buttoned-up white shirt and suit jacket.
Her expression changes as she spots a girl wandering past the window wearing a cream lace gown and wide-brimmed hat, clearly entranced by her style.
The story is centred around Coco's meeting with French actress Eve Lavallière, played by Harlech, who is rumoured to have been the first woman in French society to cut her hair short.
'Invented reality': Lagerfeld, who has directed the film, admits that it is homage to Coco Chanel, rather than a biopic of her life

They play clashing characters in the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness movie so perhaps it was only fitting that Zoe Saldana and Alice Eve opted for daringly different looks at the film's Berlin premiere.
British-born Alice, who plays Dr. Carol Marcus in the new Star Trek film, opted for vintage floor-length ravishing glamour on the red carpet in Berlin while her co-star Zoe opted for a gorgeous thigh-skimming dress.
Zoe, who plays tough character Uhura in the upcoming film, couldn't help but grin as her tiny dress made sure all eyes were on her - despite her co-star's vintage Hollywood look.

Alice made sure she didn't go unnoticed in her bright gown, which showed off her toned legs to perfection.
The Raven star, who was born in London, added a slick of bright red lipstick and some towering heels as she graced audiences.
With the clinging dress accentuating her waist, even co-star Zachary Quinto, 35, couldn't take his eves of the star.

Earlier in the day Zoe looked fresh and gorgeous in the Calvin Klein Collection two-piece, which featured a pleated skirt and sleeveless grey top that revealed a glimpse of her toned stomach as she posed at Berlin's exclusive China Club.
She paired the outfit with nude Jimmy Choo heels that wrapped around her ankle, and a peep toe that showed off her bright red toenail polish.
The 34-year-old showed off her tiny waist in a grey puffy skirt and matching crop top, while her Star Trek co-star Alice Eve, 31, wore a clingy black dress at a photocall for their film in Berlin on Sunday.

The British star wore her blonde shoulder-length hair in a straight style that couple with her fringe perfectly framed her striking features.
Curve alert: Alice, meanwhile, showed off her womanly form in a figure-hugging black dress that sported a red rose pattern on the side
The co-stars grinned broadly as they stood with their arms around each other while posing outside during the event.
Zoe was clearly thrilled to be promoting the film, which hits US cinemas on May 17, as she tweeted earlier in the day:
'Thank you everyone for your love and support. Feel blessed to have your respect. #startrekmovie. ZS'.

In the new film, the crew of the Enterprise find a seemingly unstoppable force which has attacked Starfleet and left Earth in chaos.
Captain Kirk and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise are tasked with leading the deadly manhunt to capture the party responsible and settle an old score.
Baring almost all: Alice strips down to her underwear in the new flick
Action-packed: Zoe is shown in a tense scene in the new Star Trek film
Zoe recently told Latina magazine that she nearly passed up the opportunity to play Uhura in the Star Trek reboot.
'I think I was just a little beside myself because after the treat and the gift of booking Avatar and being in the middle of shooting, to be able to then do another great movie with another great filmmaker back to back - I was a little overwhelmed and I thought: "Maybe I should just take some time off and focus and just rest?"' she said.
But her managers convinced her not let such a rare opportunity pass her by.
'My team was like, "Zoe, are you stupid? Don't let fear immobilize you. This is an amazing opportunity to step into the shoes of an iconic character in an iconic series and it's in space and you're a sci-fi buff." And I was like, "Oh my God, who am I kidding? Absolutely. I'll totally do it."'

In an industry where size zero models are the rule and size ten models are the exception, a fashion shoot that uses a 'plus-size' model without actually labeling the shoot 'plus-size,' is a rare find.
But H&M's new Beachwear collection, presented on the retailer's online womenswear homepage, features size 12 model Jennie Runk, minus the ubiquitous and stigmatizing term 'plus-size'.
This season's swimwear: H&M's new Beachwear collection, presented on the retailer's online womenswear homepage, features size 12 model Jennie Runk - without the stigmatizing label of 'plus-size'
While the H&M swimwear Miss Runk models is only available in sizes 14-24, the collection is simply presented to customers as 'this season's new swimwear'. The only clue alluding to the collection's larger sizing is a small '+' sign that sits to the right of H&M's logo.
Miss Sauers hopes this is a step towards viewing size 12 models as matter of course, rather than continuing to see them pigeonholed into 'plus-size' classifications.
'I think it sends a positive message about inclusivity and changing standards of beauty to have a plus-size girl all over the landing page www.hm.com/us/beachwear. Not /plussizebeachwear! Just /beachwear,' she explains.
'Seeing plus-size bodies in fashion spreads and ads should be as common as seeing anything else.'
Many customers have praised the mega retailer, with some writing 'thank you' notes to H&M's marketing department.

All shapes and sizes: Jezebel's Jenna Sauer's hopes this is will help brands view size 12 models as matter of course: 'Seeing plus-size bodies in fashion spreads should be as common as seeing anything else,' she says
One woman posted an open letter to H&M in Jezebel's comments section, writing: 'Thank you so much for using Jennie Runk as your beachwear page covergirl. That you did so without calling attention to her shape makes it all the more commendable.
'I love seeing a girl with my body type not only represented on your website but represented without fanfare.'
Twenty-four-year-old Miss Runk, who started modelling just before her 14th birthday, said she is 'looking forward to the day that "plus-size" doesn't exist any more.'
She told told Vogue Italiaearlier this year. 'I think separating between "normal" and "plus-size" is getting a little old fashioned.'
Miss Runk, who has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, stopped dieting and gained 20lbs to become a plus-size model.
But despite the 'plus-size' label, the Chesterfield, New York native would find it difficult to shop in a plus-size clothing department.
Lead in example: Model Jennie Runk (pictured) says she is happy to be an example of 'confident, happy and healthy' at a size closer to the national average
Plus-size or ordinary? Miss Runk, 24, believes that plus-sized models 'are not actually plus-sized women, we're just bigger than the average model,' she says
'Plus-sized models are not actually plus-sized women, we're just bigger than the average model,' she told StyleList in 2009.
'The average size for a woman in this country is a 12, so I guess, technically, "plus-sized" starts at 14. In the modeling industry, however, models larger than a size 4 usually find more work doing "plus-sized"'.
Miss Runk says she is happy to be an example of 'confident, happy and healthy' at a size closer to the national average.
'We're trying to create a movement for every woman to love and embrace her body no matter what kind of body she has,' she explained.
'So much of advertising and fashion portrays only one kind of body, and that's super tall and super skinny. I think not only should there be more plus-sized models in fashion, there should also be more petite, pregnant, ethnic, etc.
'I think ever woman should be represented equally -- we're all beautiful in our own ways!'
