Lucy Mecklenburgh's heartbreak after finding out Mario Falcone had cheated on her must have been very tough to handle.
It was so difficult in fact that the TOWIE star had to jet off on a sun filled holiday to help get over it.
The fashion-conscious 22-year-old made a sharp exit from the UK last week as she tried her best to escape the memory of her cheating former fiance.

Lucy certainly showed Mario what he had lost as she paraded her beach perfect body in a yellow bikini in Spain.
Sitting at the poolside in her two piece swimwear, the pretty brunette looked amazing as she hid her sadness.
With her fake tanned body getting a healthy top up from the natural sun, Mecklenburgh cooled off by taking a dip in the pool.

The reality television star was only in the water for a short time, but the wet-look was working well for her as she exited the swimming pool.
With her cropped brunette locks slicked back and her make-up still appearing to be in perfect condition, Lucy looked like she was taking part in a glossy photoshoot.
Her canary yellow halterneck bikini featured six large beads on the neckline and covered a surprisingly large amount of her cleavage.

Once out of the crystal clear water Lucy hit the showers and put on a rather steamy display as she washed off the saltwater from her skin.
Her heart may be broken and in need of mending, but externally she looked in great condition as she showed off her incredible torso.
After drying herself off, the boutique shop owner headed back to her trusty sun-lounger and kicked back with the ultra-violet rays giving a helping hand.

Earlier in the day Lucy was seen maintaining her reputation as a dedicated Essex girl by arriving at the poolside holding a clutch bag.
Rather than pack her essentials into a large beach bag she sauntered around with a colourful clutch that she held under one arm.

And she insisted she 'made the right decision' after she discovered her boyfriend of nearly two years sending flirty messages to another girl and asking to take her out within days of their split.
Lucy revealed to her thousands of online fans: 'I finished with Mario 7days ago. It took him a while to move on ... This has reassured me I made the right decision.'
She then posted up a screen grab of his Twitter inbox showing him flirting with and pursuing a girl he'd previously met before.
And to add insult to injury she even kept one message in which revealed his mobile number to her 963,753 followers after he gave the blonde girl his digits in the hope to take her out.
