Selena Gomez enjoys a relaxing break on a lake as she puts 'rehab stay' behind her

Looking shipshape: Selena Gomez enjoys a relaxing break on a lake as she puts 'rehab stay' behind her

It's a seachange for Selena Gomez.
The burnt out star continued her recovery with a trip to a lake after reports of her stay in rehab emerged last week.
The 21-year-old posted an Instagram snap of her on a boat, surrounded by beautiful countryside, with a message thanking fans for their support during what has been a difficult few months for the young pop star.

She captioned the pic, 'I've done everything I could to the best of my ability. Thank you for the unconditional love and cyber hugs. You inspire me.'
The brunette looked happy and relaxed as she smiled at the camera.
It's not clear where the photo was taken, but the lake is likely within easy reach of her home in Tarzana, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles.
Selena is clearly ready to get things back on track.

On Friday, the Come And Get It star checked out a dance studio in Tarzana looking fit and healthy.
On the same day more details of her reported rehab stay emerged in Billboard Magazine.
The star - who has an on/off relationship with Justin Bieber - was admitted to Dawn At The Meadows recovery centre in Arizona on January 5, and spent two weeks at the facility, which treats people aged 18 to 26  who are 'struggling with emotional trauma, addiction or dual diagnosis concerns.'
Her representative told MailOnline: 'Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but NOT for substance abuse.'
Working too hard: The singer is said to have entered rehab because she's 'burnt out' after months of back to back performances

A source told Billboard the facility is known in Selena's circle as 'Project Wellness'.
The insider added: 'She was burnt out after a relentless year of back-to-back films, concerts, TV, touring and all the promotional work that goes along with it. She needed a break.'
The star had vowed to 'get healthy' but not because she was 'hooked to booze, Ambien and pot' as it had been reported, the source said.
Safe at home: Stalker Juan Garcia, 19, was jailed for 120 days for trespassing on Selina's property and has been ordered to stay 150 yards away from the brunette

'She’s not that girl. Does she party and have the occasional joint? Yes. Does she drink when she goes out? Yes. But she’s not struggling with drug addiction or alcoholism. I’ve never seen her out of control. There’s no needle dangling out of her arm.'
Another weight off Selena's shoulders was that an intruder, 19-year-old Juan Garcia, pleaded no contest on Friday to trespassing on the singer's property.
The teenager was sentenced to 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail, has been ordered to stay 150 yards away from Selena on his release and will be on a three-year probation.
