She was honoured with the Fashion Icon Award at the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards on Monday and Rihanna made sure all eyes were on her during - and after - the bash in a racy sheer embellished halter dress.
Putting every inch of her slim figure in the naughty outfit - custom made by designer Adam Selman and comprised of a total of 216,000 Swarovski crystals - Rihanna left nothing to the imagination as she picked up her award before she then went on to enjoy her new accolade.
The singer celebrated her achievement in an equally saucy manner as she was seen twerking in her see-through gown after the ceremony.
Risk taker: While Rihanna was honoured by the CFDA for taking risks with her fashion choices, it is highly unlikely they expected her to show up almost naked on Monday
In a Instagram video uploaded by her close friend and personal hair stylist, Yussef Williams, Rihanna is seen bouncing jubilantly into the room as her friends cheer on.
Then with a cheeky glint in her eyes, she proceeded to shake her extremely visible derriere as Yusef is heard encouraging the sexy starlet.
He captioned the snap: 'The way we celebrate after a beautiful night or should I say the second half of a beautiful night #cdfaicon'.
Revealing: While Rihanna opted for a pair of flesh coloured underwear, she went without a bra and onlookers couldn't fail to notice
As she arrived on the red carpet, Rihanna immediately grabbed attention as she wore just a flesh coloured thong under her see-through dress and her breasts were clearly visible.
So too were her collection of tattoos including the large inking on her ribcage just underneath her chest.
Rihanna's sole attempt at covering up was clutching a fur wrap as she primped and posed for photographers.
She wore a matching sparkly turban, which left the emphasis on her beautiful face while smokey eyes and minimal make-up completed her eye-catching look.
Rihanna, undisputed fashion star of the moment, was no doubt the big draw at the CFDA awards, which also honours the year's top designers.

Speaking of the singer before the ceremony, designer Zac Posen called the pop star a fashion risk-taker, who skillfully melds red-carpet glamour with a rebellious streak.
'She takes risks and she marches to her own drum and she knows what she likes,' Posen told The Associated Press in an interview. 'It's been an incredible journey.'

He recalled meeting the singer at his studio before she launched her first album.
'She was a fashion world novice then,' he said, 'but obviously she had looks and confidence and little-girl charm.
'All the ingredients were there for her to be a huge superstar: ambition, strength, and also vulnerability.'

Rihanna also has a great appreciation for designers, Posen added: 'That's why people love to dress her.'
Accepting her award, Rihanna told the crowd: 'I grew up in a really small island and I didn’t have a lot of access to fashion but as far as I can remember, fashion has always been a defence mechanism. I remember thinking "she can beat me, but not my outfit."'

The prestigious Founder's Award was going to Bethann Hardison, a former model and modeling agent who has been a vocal champion for diversity on runways.
Winners were announced at the ceremony.
It was hosted by director and screenwriter John Waters, in categories including womenswear, menswear and accessories.

Later in the night, Rihanna was spotted leaving a celebratory dinner after her CFDA Award presentation in the Meatpacking district of New York.
Outside the restaurant some of her fans waited to get autographs, who she greeted with a smile before signing autographs and posing for photos.
The hitmaker sensibly swapped her risque dress for something a lot more covered up in the form of an all-white ensemble, which was in complete contrast to her sparkly gown.
