Celebrities famously go on the the show to dazzle us with their dancing, re-start a career or to shed a couple of pounds.
And as the final approaches both Kimberley Walsh and Denise Van Outen revealed their new slender dancers' bodies in final rehearsals before they take to the floor in the battle for the glitterball trophy.
As they invited cameras in to film the latter rehearsals it was revealed Kimberley, Denise, 38, Dani Harmer, 23, and Louis Smith, 23, will all perform a judge's favourite and a freestyle showdance.

Then in the second live show on Saturday one couple will leave at the beginning while the remaining three battle it out for the top spot with their own favourite routine.
And as nerves run high the group were not much away about their final routines, with Girls Aloud singer Kimberley, who is partnered by Pasha Kovalev, simply saying: 'I won't be giving any secrets away until the show - keep your eyes peeled. We have a few exciting lifts though!'
Kimberley, who has credited the show with toning her stomach, is second favourite to win after gymnast Louis.

Kimberley recently said: 'I don’t think I’ve lost weight [since being on the show] it’s not about that. I can see my body changing, which I’m happy about. I can see it on my legs, I’m getting more shape in my things and my knees are a bit tighter.'
The 31-year-old will be dancing Viennese Waltz to A Thousand Years by Christina Perri and Showdance to Crazy in Love by Beyoncé.
Whereas Denise and partner James Jordan will dance the Jive to Tutti Frutti by Little Richard as their judges choice whereas their showdance will be to What A Feeling by Irene Cara

Denise said: 'Me and James are having a really fun time making the most of our time dancing together although it has been really tiring training for three dances.
'I would love to lift the glitter ball as a massive thank you to James for all his patience and dedication in teaching me Latin and ballroom.'
Whereas Tracey Beaker star Dani and her partner Vincent Simone looked blindingly hot in the rehearsal room, mainly because of Dani's leggings.

Expect the unexpected: Dani looks pretty pleased with her routine
She said: 'Dani was being tight-lipped, saying: "I'm pretty sure the judges will get the unexpected.'
Her judges choice is Tango to Rumour Has It by Adele with her showdance to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes have given Louis and Flavia 8/11 odds of winning, followed by Kimberley and Pasha Kovalev with 7/4.
Despite wowing over the judges consistently since the show began, Denise Van Outen and James Jordan are the outsiders with 16/1 with actress Dani Harmer and Vincent Simone at 12/1.
Strictly Come Dancing final is on BBC1 on Saturday 22nd December at 6.30-7.55pm and 8.50-10.05pm
