Jennifer, who plays a stripper in the film opposite Jason Sudeikis, is seen slapping her bottom while performing a strip tease to Mickey Avalon's 'Stroke Me.'
The film, directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, is about a pot dealer (Jason) who puts together a fake family as he attempts to smuggle a large shipment of marijuana across the Mexican border into the U.S.
Jennifer plays Jason's 'fake' wife, and her strip tease occurs after the 'family' are held hostage by a group of Mexican thugs.
'"My wife" - she's just a cheap stripper,' says Jason's character to their captors, who reply, 'Okay, prove it.' Jennifer's character meets the challenge, performing a saucy dance while all the males watch with their mouths agape.

The trailer starts with Jason's boss offering him $100 000 if he can move the weed shipment across the border.
He is then seen at Jennifer's place of work - a strip club - asking is she can pretend to be his wife to create the illusion of a happy family to the border agents.
'Crossing the border alone, huge red flag,' says Jason. 'But families, they don't get a second look.'

Jennifer is seen wearing a long platinum blonde wig and lacy black underwear as she straddles Jason, who lives next door to her.
'I want you to be my wife,' he tells Jennifer, who promptly squeezes his groin tightly with her legs, causing him to cry out in pain.
He then handpicks a young 'dork' who lives in his building (Will Poulter) and a 'gutter-punk' played by Emma Roberts to be his fake kids.

'We just have to dress up as a squeaky clean all-American family,' he says, as Jennifer is revealed looking homey in a blouse and khaki trousers.
She doesn't appear too thrilled with her makeover as all four hop on a plane to Mexico.
There, they encounter some snafus when Jason realises the shipment is far larger than expected.
'This is not a smidge,' says Jason to the pot dealer, played by Ed Helms. 'You've got me moving enough weed to kill Willie F--king Nelson.

When their camper van breaks down, they are forced to share a tent with a couple that they meet on the road.
The wife says, 'I've never touched another woman before,' as Jennifer and Jason look shocked.
But Jennifer quickly recovers as the other woman is seen placing her hands on the star's breasts while the men watch.

In a particularly gruesome scene, Will's character is bitten by a tarantula on his testicles.
When he resists showing the bite, Jason cries, 'Will you just man up and drop your pants?' and Emma exclaims, 'We've all seen a d--k'.
He finally acquiesces, and everyone gasps at the horrific sight of his swollen groin area.

The 'family' are then taken hostage after it turns out they had stolen from an international drug dealer.
'You all die now as a family,' says one of the thugs, holding a gun.
'We're not even a real family,' says Emma, throwing her hands up in the air.
The trailer ends with a scene showing the family driving their car as Will sings a cappella to a song on the radio as everyone looks amused.
We're The Millers will be released in the US on August 9.
