Inevitable performer: Her grandparents were the actress Roxie Roker and TV producer Sy Kravitz
It seems becoming a performer was inevitable for Kravitz, not just because of her parents but also her grandparents, the actress Roxie Roker and TV producer Sy Kravitz.
'I used to make my grandparents pay a dollar to watch me sing Grease songs and “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” in their living room,' Zoe told the Independent.
'I was always an entertainer and I would always do all that stuff, but it slowly evolved into a career, which is great, but it wasn’t a plan.
She added: 'I definitely got opportunities that other people wouldn’t have gotten. I got an agent very quickly. But people want to shoot you down. They want to say, ‘you’re only getting this and that because of who your parents are’.”
Insurgent hits UK theatres on March 20th
