Uptown Funky! Fleur East puts on a leggy display in graphic print bodycon dress as she prepares to launch debut clothing line

It's only been a year since she launched onto the scene as the chart-topping star of The X Factor, but now Fleur East can add catwalk queen to her resume.

The 27-year-old showed off her incredible figure to perfection as she arrived at Lipsy headquarters in Tottenham Court Road on Wednesday, ahead of the launch of her debut clothing line.

She wore a monochrome graphic print dress from her new AW15 Collection for the popular high street chain, which hugged her curves in all the right places.

A spokesperson for Lipsy told MailOnline: 'The range will have strong silhouettes in the latest must have colours and will be fierce with a clear attitude, and nothing like the Lipsy shopper has ever seen before.'

With her trademark golden locks flowing freely around her shoulders with a few delicate cornrow plaits on the side, Fleur, who came second in last year's X Factor, looked every inch the superstar.

Fleur put her best foot forward, as she teamed the look with a pair of strappy black sandals which gave onlookers a peek of her ravishing red pedicure.

She kept her make-up simple and seductive with a smoky eye, a hint of blush and a nude lip after she was preened and pampered for the day.

The starlet is the latest in a string of celebs to collaborate with Lipsy, following the likes of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, who teamed up for their sell-out Kardashian Kollection previously.

Fleur will also follow in the footsteps of former Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan, whose line with the brand has also flown off the shelves.

Launching this September, the collection will comprise of around 20 pieces that have been co-designed with Fleur alongside Lipsy's in-house design team.

She said: 'I am very excited to venture into the world of fashion with Lipsy.

'I have been extremely hands on with the design process working closely with the Lipsy team at their head office, incorporating my personal style as well as looking at trends and design techniques that I am inspired by. I can't wait to share the range with everyone this Autumn.'

Meanwhile Fleur gave fans a long awaited music update, telling them that her debut album is 'almost ready'.

Fleur had a meeting at Syco headquarters last month where she played back her album.

Sharing a new photo with fans, she tweeted: 'Exciting meetings at @syco this week! Listening to all the music for my first album. We're almost ready! #Album1.'

The singer spent much of the summer in Los Angeles where she was busy recording her debut album, which already has been given the thumbs up from her boss and X Factor impressario Simon Cowell.

He told The Sun: 'I've heard it and it's world class. She has discovered who she wanted to be. Sometimes you just spot someone who's not obvious and Fleur's a good example of that.'
