Kerry Washington displays her long legs in floral mini-dress at star-studded summer party
It's not the style of dress her high-powered alter-ego Olivia Pope would wear.
But Scandal star Kerry Washington looked pretty as a picture in a floral mini-dress on Sunday.
The 38-year-old joined a slew of celebrities at producer Jennifer Klein's Day Of Indulgence Summer Party at her home in the Brentwood neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Sunday.

With temperatures in the city hitting a sizzling 93F, Kerry looked cool in her pretty, V-neck frock that was covered with large daisies in bright, primary colours.
She teamed it with black, high-heeled pumps, a bright red handbag and orange-framed sunglasses.
Her raven-black hair was pulled into a ponytail, showing off her impressive bone-structure and perfect make up.

The actress left with a bag from Calypso St. Barth, the upscale store for clothing, shoes and accessories.
Now in its 17th year, the bash is touted as an all-girls afternoon filled with shopping, sweet treats and luxurious spa treatments.
It wasn't Kerry's first time at the event. She was invited in 2012 when she described the gifting party as like having 'Christmas in the mid-summer.'

Then, as now, guests left laden down with bags of goodies.
Calypso St. Barth was at the bash last year, when it celebrated turning Sweet 16, along with retailers Anthropologie, Henri Bendel, and Maj, and many more pop-up shop.
Bare Minerals whipped up custom foundations for guests, Bite Beauty concocted custom-blended lipsticks and Citizens of Humanity passed out jeans.
