She's celebrating her 45th birthday with a blissful holiday to Spain.
And after treating her Instagram followers with dozens of sexy bikini snaps, Melanie Sykes has taken things one step further by stripping off altogether during her relaxing getaway.
The Let's Do Lunch presenter proudly flaunted her incredible figure while posing seductively in the shallows of a swimming pool, shooting the camera a smouldering look.

The crystal clear water did nothing to disguise Mel's fantastic physique and ample assets.
The fitness fan's gym-honed posterior was visible underneath the surface of the water, showcasing her white tan lines.
Mel was rocking slicked back, wet hair and smudged, smoky eye shadow to enhance the overall beach babe effect.

urning 45 on Friday certainly hasn't stopped Mel from being proud of her bikini body - and rightly so.
The television presenter has also been sharing a series of snaps on Instagram in which she models a variety of two-pieces.
Topping up her tan with her sons Roman and Valentino as well as television presenter Phil Turner and make-up artist Gary Cockerill, she looked like a woman half her age.

A keen health and fitness fanatic, the Northern beauty flashed her toned abs and endless legs in a blue strapless number as well as a hot pink set from River Island.
The star follows a low-carb, high-protein diet, which means she was allowed to treat herself to a fancy dinner while on her trip as she shared a bikini selfie with the caption:

Despite being on holidays, the lovely lady has hardly let her fitness regime slide and has also been taking pictures of herself working out on the beach.

Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous magazine recently Melanie insisted that it's easy to look as good as her.
She said: 'Anybody can look fit. If you train and eat well, then that's what happens.
'I'm no different. For me, it's just about feeling good and looking good and it gives me confidence. If I'm in a bikini, I feel good.'
