Jessica Brown Findlay needn’t worry too much about her next pay cheque after her exit from Downton Abbey – her artist boyfriend has just made £88,000 from selling a collection of portraits of the actress, including nudes.
Thomas Campbell, who has been with Jessica for two years, sold the 27 paintings online.
‘Thomas sold a portrait called For JBF for £7,500 along with a number of others,’ says an art world insider.
‘He has also been inundated with offers from galleries as well as requests to complete a new collection.
'They’re calling it the “Downton effect”.’
Jessica, 23, right, whose character Lady Sybil died last week after giving birth, is expected to receive a cut from Thomas’s windfall.
