Daniel Craig looks shaken and stirred at glittering Skyfall premiere

The spy who came in with a cold: Daniel Craig looks shaken and stirred as he wipes away the sweat at glittering Skyfall premiere

He's famously cool, calm and collected as international spy James Bond, but Daniel Craig got a little hot under the collar as he walk the red carpet on Tuesday night.
The flustered actor, 44, looked more shaken than stirred as he wiped down his sweaty forehead in the midst of the Royal Premiere of Skyfall in London.
An aide came to check on him as he used a tissue to pat down his brow, perhaps overcome by the heat from the bright lights and screaming crowd.

Later his attentive wife Rachel Weisz also wiped down his face with her hand.
Otherwise he looked suave in a dapper tuxedo with white shirt and bow tie and quickly resumed his duties in front of the camera.
Daniel recently spoke out about his role, admitting his 'vanity kicked in' when he realised he had to strip for Skyfall.
He said: 'There’s stuff in the script that says I have to take my shirt off so vanity kicks in and I work out. But also I'm running most of the time during this film – he doesn’t really just walk into a room and sit down, he tends to jump through the window and sit down, so I had to stay in shape.'

And speaking at the premiere of the film on Tuesday night, Daniel said he knew that director Sam Mendes would do a good job directing Skyfall, because he is so 'passionate' about the franchise.
He told BANG Showbiz: 'Sam, I knew he was the right man for the job. He's passionate about film making but he's also passionate about Bond movies.'
Daniel – who played 007 in 2006 movie Casino Royale and 2008's Quantum of Solace - also insisted the Skyfall premiere was the 'biggest and best' he has ever been to and he was honoured to receive an 'incredible' reception when he arrived.
He explained: 'The reception is incredible. This is my third Bond premiere and it's the biggest and the best.'

He was also joined at the event by his glamorous co-stars Naomie Harris and Berenice Marlohe.
Naomie stood out as she showed off her perfect physique in a sheer black Marios Schwab gown with a daring blue sequinned body underneath.
She almost floated on to the red carpet in the see-through frock as she completed her look with glowing straight hair and dark nail polish.
But not to be outdone, Berenice also ensured she was another belle of the ball in a striking strapless red dress which emphasised her cleavage.

Ignoring the red carpet rule to avoid gowns of the same colour, Berenice looked ravishing in the scarlet frock as she wore her hair in a wavy bob for the night.
Naomie, who plays MI5 field agent Eve, felt strongly that in playing a Bond girl she wasn't just a pretty face.
She said: 'Bond girls have to reflect the modern woman, and the modern woman is very talented and very capable, they're leaders in their field, they can do anything.
'They are equals to men and we have to reflect that in the movies.'

But Harris has her share of sexy scenes with Craig and admitted she preferred them to her action scenes.
She said: 'I actually preferred the flirting, because the fighting is a lot of hard work and you get a lot of bruises.'
Berenice, 33, who plays Bond girl Severine, couldn't choose between fighting and flirting.
'I kind of like both,' she laughed.
The French actress enjoyed her steamy shower scene with Craig in the film, adding: 'I would do it again!'

Javier Bardem also showed off his dapper outfit as he showed up to celebrate the release of the Bond movie, in which he plays baddie Raoul Silva, who is touted as one of the scariest Bond villains  ever.
Bardem said he was always drawn to Bond villains after seeing the metal-toothed baddie Jaws in Moonraker as a youngster.
Asked about the enduring appeal of the films, he said: 'Well, 50 years is a long time. That means they have been doing something really right, starting with the actors who have played Bond. They have all brought their own flavour to it.'

But it wasn't only the stars of the movie itself who showed up to watch the movie and delight in the glitzy bash.
The likes of Kelly Brook also showed up, who also went for some shimmer in a low cut figure accentuating silver sequinned gown.
The leading stars and makers of Skyfall were introduced to the Prince and Duchess ahead of the screening in the Albert Hall.

Proceeds from the premiere will benefit charities that support members of the three intelligence agencies - the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), the Security Service (MI5) and GCHQ.
Camilla, wearing a purple velvet dress by Bruce Oldfield with an Amethyst diamond necklace from her private collection, and Charles, in black tie, looked dressed for the occasion as they arrived on the red carpet to Bond's famous theme music.

BOND IS BACK... AND MORE DANGEROUS THAN EVER! BAZ BAMIGBOYE REVIEWS SKYFALL

In action: Daniel Craig reprises his role as Bond for the third time in Skyfall
In action: Daniel Craig reprises his role as Bond for the third time in Skyfall
Bond is back and he's more dangerous than ever but so is M who is the most ruthless character in Skyfall.
As played by Dame Judi Dench, the security services chief is like a lioness in winter as she prowls her office ordering an agent to 'take the bloody shot', a move that puts Daniel Craig's craggy James Bond in grave danger.
A sinister force from M's past, played with delicious relish by Javier Bardem, has stolen the identities of M's agents.
This Bond adventure directed by Sam Mendes is pure classic 007 fare , back on firm footing after the less than memorable Quantum of Solace.
Skyfall opens with a bravura kick-ass pre-credits sequence that could win a best short all-action Oscar all by its beautiful self if such an award existed.
Dench's M is in for the kill from the get go.
Then there's marvelous action mayhem in a Turkish bazaar with cars and motorbikes screeching  up stairs and raising the roof on rooftops.
But M's in no mood for pussy-footing around as she monitors events from her office back at HQ.
She's squeezing the trigger by remote control, her eyes are like steel and she means business because she knows the game's up if the agent identities get into the wrong hands.
Judi has been in command as M since Goldeneye in 1997 and this is the best she has ever been in the role.
She's in a bit of a hole with Bardem's Silva after her, plus Ralph Fiennes' intelligence committee chief on her back and Helen McCrory's government minister annoying her at a select committee hearing.
Action-packed: The latest Bond movie is full of dangerous stunts sure to delight the audience
Action-packed: The latest Bond movie is full of dangerous stunts sure to delight the audience
Two new operatives, played by Naomie Harris and Ben Wishaw, help 007 tool up to get after the bad guys and I have to tell you that Bardem turns Silva into one helluva Mr. Bad-ass.
Mendes and his screenwriters, Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan have invested the film with some action sequences and some cute one-lines.
Some of the best come from Albert Finney who plays Kincade the keeper of Bond's Highlands childhood home, Skyfall.
Bond informs Kincade that he should stay out of the forthcoming firefight.
'Try and stop me you jumped up little s**t,' is Kincade's icy response.
It's like a grown up Home Alone as Kincade and M prepare all manner of booby traps for the bloody reckoning with Bardem's Silva.
Mendes has done a marvelous job and Craig is superb -- looking super cool in a Tom Ford suit-- as a Bond who's still looking suave after 50 years giving pleasure to all.
The two so-called Bond girls played by Ms Harris and Berenice Marlohe are flirty but they're not used here in the usual kind of 'rumpy-pumpy' way which I think is progress, of sorts.
I plan to see Skyfall a few more times before the year's out. Nothing can beat a landmark, classic James Bond picture.
They don't come around all that often.
