Aren't you a bit overdressed for the gym, Minnie? Driver is glammed up to the nines as she attends fitness centre launch party

When most people head to the gym, tracksuits and sportswear are the favoured choice of clothing.
But Minnie Driver was dressed up to the nines as she attended the launch of a new fitness centre in London on Tuesday night.
Showcasing a look that would have been more appropriate for a red carpet event than partying amongst the treadmills, the 42-year-old actress looked more than a little overdressed in a red silk floor-length gown.
Glammed up to the nines: Although Minnie Driver looked stunning, she was somewhat overdressed for the launch of the new Equinox gym in London's Kensington on Tuesday night
Minnie, who teamed her red dress with a gold clutch bag and matching heels, posed alongside swimwear designer Melissa Odabash and fashion designer Julien MacDonald as she arrived at the launch of American fitness club Equinox in London's Kensington.
Melissa looked chic and stylish in form-fitting bronze leather trousers, which she teamed with a floaty beige top, feathered gilet and oversized black clutch bag.

Although Minnie looked overdressed for the occasion, it would seem the reason for her glam look was the A-list event she attended earlier in the evening.
The Hollywood star walked the red carpet at the Skyfall world premiere at London's Royal Albert Hall, before hot-footing it down the road to the Equinox launch.

Made In Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue scored style points in a vampy black leather ensemble, which showed off her slim legs to perfection.
Teaming her outfit with black open-toe shoe boots, a silver top and a burgundy hat, the reality star looked every inch the fashionista as she posed alongside her co-star Ollie Locke, who looked dapper in a slick black suit.

Sugababes singer Heidi Range showed off her curves in a pair of form-fitting black skinny jeans, finishing off her ensemble with a cute navy blue sequinned jacket and a cobalt quilted Chanel handbag.
And the 29-year-old blonde maintained there are no hard feelings when it comes to the reformation of the 'original Sugababes' Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan.
Party time: Georgie Thompson looked stylish in a cream shift dress, camel coat and red Lulu Guinness clutch, while Heidi Range opted for a blue sequinned jacket and cobalt Chanel handbag
Elsewhere, model Suki Waterhouse looked effortlessly cool in a grey tweed playsuit, stylish cape and white Dunlop trainers, while fellow model and heiress Jasmine Guinness opted for a red check shirt, satin rose-detail bomber jacket, skinny jeans and a Louis Vuitton handbag.
