Vanessa ensured her recently-dyed flowing ombre locks made maximum impact by accessorising with a black leather turban headband, and opted for a comfortable pair of flip flops as she went about her day.
The former Disney starlet sheltered her eyes from the sun with a pair of dark shades and was carrying a fun leopard print purse as she left the salon.

It appears to have been a week full of pampering for Vanessa, who debuted her new ombre locks via her Tumblr account on Thursday, posting snaps of the dying process for her fans to see.

Meanwhile, Vanessa's new show with showbiz BFF, Ashley Tisdale, aired on E! on Thursday night, with the star - who previously dated High School Musical co-star Zac Efron - dropping the bombshell that she would rather kiss a girl than a guy.
In the show entitled Vanessa and Ashley: Inner Circle, Ashley quizzed her chum about her on-screen smooches with some of Hollywood's hottest leading men.
But when Vanessa chatted about her likes and dislikes, she admitted to Ashley: 'I'd rather kiss a girl than a guy.'
