It might be time to start practicing more! Jerry Hall fails to impress the Strictly Come Dancing panel after admitting she rehearses the least
Earlier on this week, she admitted that she only does the 'contractual minimum' of work that is required of her, and on Saturday night Jerry Hall proved that point.
The 56-year-old model didn't break a sweat as she glided across the dance floor with her partner Anton du Beke, perhaps proving that she really isn't giving her all.
Laughing about her negative comments from the first live show, Hall said: 'I didn't want to be too good early on as I want to give the others a chance.'
She's a lady: Jerry Hall didn't break a sweat as she danced on the floor with her partner Anton du Beke
Wearing a long white dress and bright red lipstick, the blonde star certainly followed du Beke's lead throughout their Foxtrot routine.
Following their time on the dance floor, she hugged her partner and told him: 'I had fun,' but it wasn't enough to please the judges.
'Well, if you wanted to give the others a chance, you've accomplished that for sure,' Len Goodman told her.
Not bothered: The blonde star wasn't phased by the judge's comments, even when they said she had stuck to her partner 'like Velcro'
'You problem is that you are too vertical,' he added, as Jerry leaned back and laughed.
Bruno Tonioli agreed but wasn't so harsh, saying to du Beke: 'She was stuck on you like Velcro! But I love watching it and I'm waiting for more.'
Craig Revel Horwood took the negative comments one step further by adding:'It looked like Anton was dancing with Mr Burns from The Simpsons. The last time I saw posture like that was last summer on a praying mantis.'
Following his lead: The mother-of-four looked lovely in a flowing white dress as she danced
However, new member of the panel, Darcey Bussell, was a bit more understanding and told Hall: 'Thank you Jerry, you have worked harder, but you do lose your posture very early on.'
The pair ended up receiving a total score of 18, which was no improvement on the week before, but yet again Hall didn't seem at all bothered.
Speaking during an appearance on Loose Women earlier this week, she said: 'I was training the least of any of the contestants, I was doing the contractual minimum, since last week I’ve added on 30 minutes.
Still smiling: The blonde model wasn't bothered about receiving a total score of 18
'It’s a bit of fun. I’m not a dancer. People don’t mind as long as you make an effort. Get up more than you fall down.'
The mother-of-four also admitted that her children were 'totally amazed' when she revealed that she was taking part in the reality TV show.
'The first thing they said was "Mum aren’t you a bit lazy, how are you going to do this?" It’s hard work. But they are very pleased now, they saw me do it and they were like wow.
'It’s too hard I think. I’ve never danced before and we’re working all week long. We have 4 days and then have to put on a show of a new dance.'
Being honest: The star admitted on Loose Women that she had been doing the 'contractual minimum' that was asked of her
