While most of us would be taking in the scenery on a white sand beach then perhaps catching some rays before taking a dip in the glistening clear ocean... Miley Cyrus uses her holiday time to give thanks for all her blessings, through yoga.
The former Disney star is well-known for her love of the ancient Indian practice and it seems doesn't even take a break from her routine while on holiday.
While others relaxed on the tropical beach in Costa Rica 20-year-old Miley showed just how beneficial yoga really is by performing her breathtaking routine as the sun rose.

Forgetting the obvious spiritual benefits 20-year-old Miley gets from the discipline the bleached blonde starlet showed off her incredible bikini figure on the white sands.
Engaged Miley is on a break with her husband-to-be Liam Hemsworth and was seen practicing her yoga routine on the white sands in a tiny black strapless bikini.
Yoga fanatic Miley even tweeted a snap of herself performing her yoga routine and explained to fans: ' 'Rare 2 get a moment to thank the universe for all my blessings in the form of yoga in a place like this.'

And slim Miley certainly has a lot to celebrate, she got engaged in June 2012 and her career is going from strength to strength.
The star is getting back to her super-healthy ways after suffering a minor setback, she follows a gluten free diet, loved by stars, including Gwyneth Paltrow.
And the bread, pasta and pizza-free way of life seems to be paying off for Miley.

The star was not shy about leaving her flat stomach on display during her trip to Costa Rica.
Miley was spotted splashing around in the sea, taking some alone time after doing her solitary yoga routine.
Despite being in amazing shape, the star complained last week of letting herself go after indulging in some fast food which would usually be off the menu.

She tweeted on Thursday evening: ‘Tooooo. Muuuuch. Pizzzzzza. back on the health train tomorrow. #cheatnight. You cant always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside.

‘Let me clarify "s**t" wasn't meaning "fat" I mean sick. Because gluten is poisoning me. Your stomach has a brain too & it hates S**T food. Ate to much pizza and French fries. Yoga and a swim in the a.m.'

Speaking to Cosmopolitan, Miley said: 'I'm happy I don't have to date anyone. I was like, "I'm so happy I'm married, because you guys are cruel!'"

Miley also added Liam is the thing in her life that she is 'most confident' about.
