Cast of Modern Family wins top SAG Award

Finally! Modern Family wins top SAG Award... after their crocodile tears at losing out at the Golden Globes

It has been a long time coming, but finally the cast of Modern Family can wipe their tears away.
The comedy sitcom won the top award at the SAG Awards Sunday night, pulling in the honour for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series.
The cast, including Ed O'Neill, Sofa Vergara, Jilie Bowen and Eric Stonestreet, was openly thrilled and gleefully took to the stage to accept the award.

Their behaviour certainly contrasted with that of two weeks ago at the Golden Globes when the ABC hit was beaten in the Best Comedy or Musical category by HBO's Girls.
Then the gang posted a hysterical photo of them boo-hooing at their champagne-soaked table.
Even funnier was cast member Vergara's comment on the photo.
