Cheryl Cole insists she will NEVER release her own fitness DVD

'The frizzy hair, red face - it's not a pretty sight!' Cheryl Cole insists she will NEVER release her own fitness DVD... because she looks so awful when she works out

She regularly tops best-dressed lists thanks to her unique sense of style and slender figure.
But Cheryl Cole has insisted she will never share her secrets to looking good by releasing a fitness DVD - because she looks so terrible when she works out.
Although stars including Davina McCall and Jane Fonda have had huge success through releasing workout videos, Cheryl admitted that her fans would be horrified by her appearance when she physically exerts herself.

'It's not something you'd want on a big TV screen, trust me.'
Cheryl also said that she is making the most of a lull in her career, adding that while she doesn't have anything in the pipeline, she will never abandon music.
She said: 'It's exciting that I actually don't have any plans for once, because I got a little way in with the third album and then decided to put it to one side so I could focus on the Girls Aloud tour.'
Cheryl admitted she had been aiming to release a further single from her most recent album, but has shelved the idea.
