Pregnant Ciara sizzles as she exposes her very large bump in revealing fashions for W magazine photo shoot
Ciara looks like she's about to deliver her baby boy any day now.
That clearly wasn't an issue as the sexy 28-year-old mother-to-be posed in a series of scintillating outfits for the latest W magazine.
Ciara embraces her pregnancy in all its prominent glory, and in one artsy black-and-white picture her blossoming bump is naked for all to see in a short-cropped black top with long, cut-out sleeves.

Her eyes are closed as though in a trance, with one hand resting above her bump and the other resting on her thick waist.
Another photo shows the Grammy winner giving the viewer a sultry stare while clad in an Eres swimsuit and a Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçons jacket.
'Pregnancy has been a great fashion challenge because you can’t wear things that you used to wear but you still want to feel like who you are,' Ciara told the magazine.

'I have to pay some credit to my fiancé’s closet, because I have worn probably all of his clothes.'
Ciara, who is engaged to her baby's daddy, hip hop artist Future, added: 'I believe I wasn’t given this platform to perform in front of millions just for the sake of dancing and singing. There’s gotta be something more to it.'
'When I’m at home I’m a little different than when I’m on stage; on stage I’m probably my most fearless.'
The Get Up hitmaker also had glowing words for another celebrity mom, Angelina Jolie, saying: 'That lady has truly been the perfect example of evolving and recreating.'
Ciara hasn't been shy about parading her growing bump to her social networking followers in Instagrams.
But she seemed happy to do the same for W, tweeting: 'Thank You For Documenting One Of The Most Special Times In My Life, In The Most Beautiful Way Possible.'
