Eva Longoria insists Victoria Beckham 'smiles and laughs a lot' as she reveals all about their close friendship during Loose Women appearance

But if anyone knows what Victoria Beckham is like away from the cameras and red carpets it's her best pal Eva Longoria.
The former Desperate Housewives star has spilled the details of her close bond with the ex Spice Girl, insisting her BFF 'smiles and laughs a lot.'

Eva, 40, stopped by the Loose Women studios on Monday to talk about her new TV venture Telenovela and her work with the Global Gift Gala.
Talk soon turned to Victoria though, as Eva explained to Ruth Langsford and Coleen Nolan how she first struck up a friendship with the fashion designer back in 2007 when Victoria's husband David played for LA Galaxy, and Eva was married to basketball player Tony Parker.
'We had met because our husbands were both sports people back in the day and we just remained very close friends. She's an amazing woman, an amazing mum, an amazing business woman and an amazing wife and she's really funny,' gushed the US star.

Responding to Ruth saying 'we don't often see her smile', Eva added: 'She smiles and laughs a lot...and she makes me laugh more importantly.'
Eva has been making the most of time with her best pal this week during her trip to London, even stopping by Victoria's Dover Street store on Monday to help out behind the till.
'Yes I was a sales assistant yesterday,' laughed the actress before explaining her attire, as seen in an Instagram snap posted by Victoria of her day playing shop.

'I'd just got off the plane and my mascara was down to here [points to the bottom of her face] and so I put my glasses on...you should have seen me yesterday!' Eva admitted.
While Eva helped Victoria out in her London store, later on Monday Victoria showed some support for the actress as she hosted her annual Global Gift Gala in London.
Eva is an honorary chairperson for the Gift Galas, which take place around the world and help provide shelter, food, medical care and other needs to vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.

Victoria looked stunning in a plunging black dress, which displayed a glimpse of cleavage, as she hit the red carper with Eva at Monday night's event.
The full-length, column gown ensured her slim figure was on full display, accentuated further with a pair of black heels.
Former Desperate Housewives star Eva also looked incredible in a navy satin gown, boasting an extreme-V neckline, with the actress again showing her love for Victoria by choosing one of her pal's designs for the big night.
