She opened up to Daily Express about her health and dieting regimes, saying: 'I love my food. If we’re rehearsing, I bring in my own healthy lunch so I don’t make bad choices on the go. I’m not rigid either – I definitely still eat carbs!
'I love getting massages because it really helps me wind down and makes me feel great. It also helps with all the knots in my back that I have from working out.
'I genuinely love working out. I find I get much better results if I mix working out with yoga – it’s done wonders for my flexibility and tone.'
