The actress, 34, looks sensational in the ad, with smoky kohl-rimmed eyes and wind-machine-swept wavy hair.
She wears a statement beaded necklace and a strapless printed dress that is most likely from her fashion label, Holmes & Yang.

But it seems her role will be more than just that of a pretty face.
When news of the appointment was first announced in September, the brand said that Ms Holmes would be a 'muse and collaborator'.

She will apparently be co-designing a capsule cosmetics collection for the fall 2013 season.
The star told WWD at the time: 'This is my first foray into beauty products and the evolution of a look.
'You want the hair and make-up to support the woman, just like you want the clothes to support the woman. You don’t want to lose the woman. That’s how Jeanne [Yang] and I design.'
Ms Holmes, who is mother to six-year-old Suri and split from husband Tom Cruise in June last year, is the first-ever celebrity face of Bobbi Brown.
She was chosen for the role by make-up artist and founder Bobbi Brown herself, who insists that she was not looking to appoint somebody famous; rather a figure that her customer base could relate to.

'She's not 20, she has a lot on her plate from acting to design. She was interested in how I balance work and being a mother. I think she's a great role model and that women will relate to her.'
She added in WWD that Ms Holmes is also 'just ridiculously naturally beautiful.'
Ms Holmes, who is preparing to stage her second New York Fashion Week show in February, has not sidelined her acting career entirely.
She has just completed a Broadway run in the play Dead Accounts, and is set to appear in two new movies in the coming year.
