The Female Boss gets the boot! 'Tulisa's set to be axed from The X Factor' as Simon Cowell shakes up ailing show

She was victorious in her first year after her girl group Little Mix became the first band ever to be crowned winners.
But after a disappointing second season, Tulisa is reportedly set to pay the ultimate price for the ailing ITV show created by Simon Cowell.
In a dramatic shake up, the 24-year-old is apparently weeks away from learning she will not be asked back for the tenth series.

According to The Sun, Cowell is set to give Tulisa the chop following 'pressure' from ITV to get the talent show back on a winning streak.
Show insiders also revealed that Simon had to 'fight' to keep long time friend and veteran judge Louis Walsh on the panel as he was also up to receive the boot.
Listing Contostavlos' poor album sales as another reason the star is no longer right for the role as a mentor, the inside source said she's 'had a good run'.

A source told the paper: 'Apart from her performance on last year’s show, you can’t have a singer whose album only reached No35 in the charts sitting in judgment on other singers.
Continuing the informer added: 'Tulisa has been on the panel for two years. She had a good run, but all good things come to an end.'
Commenting on Tulisa's behalf a spokesperson said: 'No decisions on this year's judging panel have been made yet and this is pure speculation.'

Apparently both Rita Ora and Sharon Osbourne are hotly tipped to fill Tulisa's spot on the panel.
Chart-topper Ora was a guest judge on the ninth series while Sharon is no stranger to the format of the competition as she was a mentor from 2004 until 2007.
However the reports that Tulisa may not be returning come as her father hinted that she was already planning to give up her seat on the judging panel.

The N-Dubz star’s father Plato spoke to Now magazine at the end of last year claiming that she ‘only does it for the money.’
He said: ‘Tulisa doesn't want to be there. She's bored of it. She doesn't need The X Factor, she's got N-Dubz.
‘I want her to leave X Factor. N-Dubz can do one gig and earn up to £500,000. I want her to make some serious dosh, millions, by doing an independent album with N-Dubz.’
He added: ‘What I want for her is security, so she never has to rely on anybody apart from herself.’
Robbie Williams became the latest celebrity in a host of names who could be joining the X Factor in series ten.
The Spice Girls' Mel B was also rumoured to be in the running for a job on the ITV show up until Wednesday when MailOnline exclusively revealed she's set to replace Sharon Osbourne on America's Got Talent.
