Pretty in pink heels: Jordin Sparks upgrades her cream skater dress with colour-pop shoes

As well as a boosting a woman’s height, a pair of high heels can also increase a woman’s confidence.
And Jordin Sparks had on her brightest smile on Thursday as she graced the Something To Share gala in New York wearing her favourite pair of shoes.
The 23-year-old arrived at the gathering wearing a fitted cream frock which covered up her bust but flaunted her legs, teaming it with colour pop footwear.

After all she was at a bash sponsored by the Dress For Success organisation, whose slogan is Going Places Going Strong.
And Jordin was certainly triumphant in the fashion stakes as she accompanied her clothing with poker straight and shiny raven tresses as well as dark red lipstick.
Clearly hoping for a freebie - she tweeted her followers and the brand: ‘Obsessssssed w/ my new @JimmyChooLtd's!!!’

Since winning Season 6 of American Idol in 2007, Jordin has gone on to win People’s Choice, NAACP Image and American Music Awards.
Last year she appeared in the movie Sparkle with late singer Whitney Houston playing her mother.
Jordin thanked the event’s organisers for honouring her on the special evening, writing on Twitter: ‘Thank you @dressforsuccess for honoring @jodisparks & allowing me, @Pamsalamb & @DoubleVeeNYC to be apart of it! So inspired! Love you mama!’

The popular star posed with Miss Universe, Olivia Culpa, and Miss Teen USA, Logan West, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
She was also joined by Robin Meade, cosmetics CEO Bobbi Brown, television and radio personality A.J Hammer, and her mother Jodi Sparks on the red carpet.
Jordin – who is engaged to singer Jason Derulo – has released three fragrances and has teamed up with various clothing and beauty brands as a spokesperson.
