Hormonal Kim reveals baby bump, gorges on junk food and breaks down in tears in Keeping Up With The Kardashians trailer

Kardashian fans should prepare for a bumpy ride this June when the new hit series returns to the airwaves.

A newly-released trailer for Season 8 Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired on Sunday night following the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

Taking centre stage is a hormonal, pregnant Kim - who last night was seen revealing her baby news to sister Kourtney on their spin-off E! show.

The big reveal has merely laid the foundations for more pregnant Kim drama.

In this one-minute clip, the 32-year-old reality star is seen baring her bump, chowing down on junk food, before breaking down during a particularly stressful hospital visit.

The cameras were on hand to capture Kim - who is in the midst of a bitter divorce from husband of 72-days Kris Humphries - bursting into tears while etherized on a bed, with mother Kris Jenner squeezing her hand in support.

'I'm scared with the divorce. I'm probably going to have this baby married to someone else,' Kim frets, acknowledging the drawn-out legal battle between her and estranged husband Humphries.

Her mother Kris is then heard saying: [The divorce] is going to stress you out and you are going to end up in the hospital,' before the scene cuts to Kim in tears on a hospital bed.

The reality star, who is due to give birth in July to Kanye West's child, is seen in footage taken during her first trimester.

And losing the pounds: The upcoming season also looks set to chart Rob's weight battle as he attempts to get fit again

The first image of her sonogram is also flashed up during the trailer.

Elsewhere Kim digs into junk food, along with her brother Rob, who is currently on a slim-down mission after piling on 40lbs.

The new series looks set to explore Dancing With The Stars alumni Rob's battle of the bulge, with the trailer showing a glimpse of his exercise regime as he hauls himself off on a hike.
