Working it out! Sophie Anderton looks trim and toned as she gears up for the Virgin London Marathon

She may not remember 'a good chunk of her twenties', but Sophie Anderton will never forget the 26.2 miles she'll be running on April 21.
Showing just how good a shape she's in ahead of the Virgin London Marathon, the former underwear model geared up in some sporty yet sexy outfits.
Looking toned, trim and fit, the Sophie today is a far cry from the drug-using wild child of her past.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Sophie, 35, said: 'In the 15 years I was on drugs, I didn’t live. I know that I’m lucky to still be alive so for me, life is for living.'
“My goals keep me fit and keep me healthy.'
Sophie has been clean from drugs for four years last September, and has changed her lifestyle to include a three-mile run everyday in the morning.

Sophie first ran the London Marathon in 2006, but her training lasted for just three weeks, and she completed the race in four hours forty-five minutes.
Now running for the Children’s Trust, the Bristolian says she wants to beat that time: 'I’d like to come in at around four hours but we’ll have to see on the day.'

'And even though I’m seven years older, I think I’m going to be able to beat my time.'
Talking about her darker drug years, Sophie said her memories of that period are rather murky.
'There’s a good chunk of my twenties I don’t remember. If you put together all the time I lost when I was on drugs, it’s probably a couple of years,' she told the newspaper. 'I’ve paid the price for my mistakes and my addiction and I’ve had to work my butt off to get back to where I am now.'
'I’m 35 and I'm the happiest I’ve ever been. Life for me right now is pretty amazing.'
