EXCLUSIVE: First listen as The Saturdays cover Donna Summer classic On the Radio for new B-side

But while the track - their fourth release from forthcoming album Living for the Weekend - embraces the decade that brought us denim hot-pants and bell-bottom jeans, so too does its B-side, a cover of Donna Summer hit On the Radio.
The track remains loyal to the original version released by Summer and will serve as an adequate companion to Disco Love upon its release on October 6.

On the Radio scored the original disco diva a number 5 hit on the Billboard Hot 100, while climbing to number 32 in the UK Top 40.
More than 30-years after its release the track remains an enduringly popular dance floor staple, and The Saturdays will no doubt be hoping to emulate that succes with their forthcoming single.

With each verse representing a different era in disco history, it gave them the opportunity to dress up in a range of outfits - and band-member Rochelle Humes admits they had a blast.
'Shooting the video for Disco Love was so much fun,’ she said. ‘We had the chance to get into different characters from different eras.’
The new album - recorded under working title The Chase - is expected to drop on October 14, with Disco Love preceding its release by one week.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Una Healy admitted the imminent long-player is more eclectic than their previous offerings.
'What we do is pop, so it's quite dancey,' she said. 'We worked with Diane Warren, so we've got a couple of ballads. We worked with (producer) Darkchild too, so there's a bit of everything in there.'
The band were last spotted - minus heavily pregnant Frankie Sandford - on the runway in Birmingham, where Mollie King was hosting fashion show Ten on Saturday.
