Threatened: A woman has pled guilty to stalking Marion Cotillard online
A woman has admitted sending Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard a chilling video in which she discusses playing Russian roulette with the star.
Teresa Yuan, who suffers from bipolar disorder, pleaded guilty to a charge of online stalking in New York on Friday.
Assistant Brooklyn U.S Attorney Kristin Mace said the Chinese medicine expert sent 504 emails containing 120 bizarre webcam videos of herself to the Dark Knight Rises star's fan website over a four-day period in 2011.
The prosecutor played a sampling of the videos for the judge in which Yuan appears with a shaven bald head and seemed to be topless.
The 23-year-old speaks in the video about the deadly game, in which participants put a bullet into a revolver, spin it take turns at pulling the trigger while the gun is at their head.
According to the New York Daily News she said: 'You have only one out of six chances of being shot. You have five out of six chances of living.'
In another she grits her teeth and hisses: 'I can be very calm and respectful and kind, but then you push me too far, you back me in a corner and this is how I feel.'
But perhaps the most disturbing video described in court papers explicitly refers to violence.
She said: 'All the guilt and sorrow and stuff I feel now, I won't feel it after it happens.
'After it happens I'll feel no regret whatsoever because that's apparently how it feels to be a killer, to be a murderer.'
Yuan pleaded guilty to one count of the indictment, in which she discusses playing Russian Roulette.
Defence lawyer Michael Schneider agreed the videos could be construed as threatening.

In mitigation, Yuan told Federal Judge William Kuntz she is currently under a psychiatrist's care for bipolar disorder.
She is a graduate of Georgetown University, and told the judge that she also holds a Master's degree in Oriental medicine.
Yuan currently lives with her parents in New Jersey, and her internet use is being closely monitoring by federal agents.
She could face up to 16 months in prison, but prosecutors have indicated they would not oppose sentence of probation and mental health treatment instead, according to her attorney.
A spokesman for the Brooklyn U.S Attorney's office declined to say if Cotillard agreed with yhe plea deal, but typically the victim is consulted by prosecutors before a plea agreement is offered in such cases.
