Miley's roll-neck crop top only just protected her modesty, with a hint of one of her many tattoos poking out from underneath the garment, which she teamed with a metallic silver high-waisted skirt.
A skinny Moschino belt, towering leopardprint platform heels and her now signature platinum blonde crop completed the teen star's look.
The Last Song actress made sure to make the most of her time backstage, and was spotted hobnobbing with singer Gwen Stefani.

Miley also chatted to singer Jon Bon Jovi, with the pair cutting a playful duo as they pulled comical faces towards the camera.

Miley, who recently got engaged to boyfriend Liam Hemsweorth, has been sporting a newly trimmed-down figure for some time now as a result of her strict exercise regime, which sees her attend Pilates classes sometimes twice a day.

Recently she took to her Twitter page to debunk the rumours, claiming her weight loss was due to a dietary allergy.
