While their personal relationship has been under constant scrutiny they are certainly looking steady on the ice.
Soap star Samia Ghadie and professional skater Sylvain Longchambon were solid as rock as they continued training this week.
The Dancing on Ice couple shimmied and glided across the rink during rehearsals, putting their private issues to one side.

Coronation Street's Samia, 30, was a picture of grace and poise as she was put through her paces by her hunky partner.
Sylvain, 32, showed off his strength by hoisting her up into the air above his shoulders as the pair practiced a dangerous maneuver.
Proving that the Frenchman is truly someone she can depend upon, Samia leaned up against him as the couple ended their routine rather romantically.

On Friday morning the mum-of-one tweeted: ‘So, London bound today for more @dancingonice .. #show2 Have a good day everyone :)’
She later added: '‘Just finished training for the day.. Done some exciting new lifts!! #DOI’.
The handsome Frenchman recently split from his long term partner, Hollyoaks actress Jennifer Metcalfe, who he met on the 2010 series of the show.

If rumours that he is now involved with Samia are correct, it will be the second time the 32-year old professional skater has fallen in love with a British soap star in front of the ITV cameras.
Jennifer claims that Sylvain ended their two year union over the phone from France where he was spending the Christmas period.
Apparently he had already admitted to developing feelings for Samia after they began training together in October.

Samia also split from her long-term boyfriend, fellow Coronation Street actor Will Thorp around the same time, leading to speculation about what was going on between her and Sylvain off the ice.
She told the Daily Mirror: 'I have not got anything to say to Jennifer. I don’t need to justify anything.
'My boyfriend and me split up for reasons personal to us. I’m single, and it’s sad when you split up with someone anyway and I don’t want to go into the details why we split up but it certainly has nothing to do with anyone else.'
Samia was also seen hitting the ice with her fellow celebrity contestants as thy rehearsed a group number.
While Keith Chegwin seemed to be keeping up with the routine, Gareth Thomas seemed to struggle.
