Bowled over! Rumoured sweethearts Tamera Foster and Sam Callahan enjoy a fun night out after filming The X Factor

They have fuelled rumours of a romance by snuggling under a duvet backstage.
And Sam Callahan and Tamera Foster wore bright smiles as they went ten-pin bowling at All Star Lanes in Bloomsbury on Tuesday after filming The X Factor.
The pair, who have vehemently denied that they are more than friends, were spotted leaving the venue separately.

Tamera, 16, looked radiant in an all-black casual outfit of a black bomber jacket, baseball cap and trainers teamed with grey trainers.
Meanwhile Sam, 19, opted for a green jacket and jeans while he wore a pair of blue headphones around his neck.
He tweeted: ‘Had such a sick evening!!! Was pants at bowling but life goes on! I'll stick to the music haha x’
Sam recently added fuel to the fire by recently beginning to follow her mum and grandma on Twitter.

During an appearance on the Xtra Factor, host Caroline Flack probed Sam about his relationship with the 16-year-old songstress.
Footage of Tamera and Callahan was also shown on the ITV2 spinoff show, featured the pair appearing to flirt and they've posted a number of photos of Twitter showing them together.
However, when quizzed on what what was happening between them, Callahan answered: 'Nothing, we're really good friends. We're really close.'

Tamera Foster was also quick to deny that there is anything more than friendship between them.
The singer from Gravesend, Kent, who has a boyfriend outside of the show, says the rumours suggesting otherwise are ‘disgusting’.
She said: ‘The most ridiculous rumour I’ve heard about myself is that Sam Callahan and I are an item. It’s ridiculous because Sam is more like my brother – which makes it actually a bit disgusting.

Then she added: ‘We just joke about it now. We have a laugh about it – neither of us have taken it too seriously.'
Sam, 19, has admitted previously that he thinks Tamera is ‘really good-looking’, and Luke Friend has said he finds her ‘attractive‘, too.
Tamera tweeted her own behind the scenes photo of Sam in full make-up with fake eyelashes and bronzer applied with the caption: 'Lol we got you back @SamCallahan94' hinting at a private joke between the contestants.

Meanwhile Callahan came in for more criticism from Gary Barlow this week, after his cover of 'Ain't That A Kick In The Head?' failed to win over the Take That star.
Speaking about Barlow's comments, Callahan said: "Anyone who gives me criticism, if it's something I can work on, I'll take it on board. If it's just digs, it bounces off me.
'I think it could be the ripest juiciest peach, but Gary's not a peach fan.'

Sam and Tamera weren't the only contestants snapped backstage at the X Factor studios in London.
Hannah was also spotted having her make up done and X Factor hair stylist Jamie Stevens took on the challenge of Luke Friend's dread locked hair do.
