In Doctor Who she is seen jumping back and forth in time, and that theme appeared to continue when Jenna Coleman opted for a 1950s-style skirt on Tuesday.
The actress showed off her fashion know-how at a private viewing of the Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore! exhibition at Somerset House.
The 27-year-old looked effortlessly chic as she posed for photographers in from of a disco-themed background.

The stunning brunette's eye-catching pale blue skirt, which fell just above the ankles, had a distinct vintage feel.
It featured a sheer top layer which had a sparkly thread running though it, as well as a spiral orange, blue and green pattern.
The former Emmerdale actress toned down her top half in a long-sleeved grey poloneck, which was perfect for the wintry night.

Carrying a dusky pink Mulberry handbag, complete with chain detail handle, Jenna finished off her look with a pair of round-toed tan heels.
While her hair was worn down in a naturally wavy style, the star wore smoky eye-make-up and dark, red lipstick.
Jenna has had a busy week after attending a special event at Buckingham Palace on Monday to mark the 50th anniversary of BBC1's Doctor Who.

Details surrounding the much-anticipated anniversary episode, which will air on Saturday, have been kept under wraps however some information has been released.
Speaking on ITV1's Lorraine on Tuesday, the Blackpool-born star said: ‘David Tennant is coming back and we have John Hurt as “the other Doctor”. There’s a lot for the fans.’
When asked about working with Alien star Hurt, she said: ‘He’s so cool. We literally, in between takes, all gather around in our chairs and just listen to his stories.’
But it hasn’t been an easy ride for the actress, who has played Dr Who’s assistant since September 2012.
Jenna explained she was ‘traumatised’ when Matt Smith, who was announced as the eleventh incarnation of the Doctor in January 2009, left the show.
