Amy who? Sam Faiers strips to her underwear to show off the results of her 'no carbs, no alcohol' diet

She's never had to worry about her figure, and has won over fans both male and female with her enviable curves.

But Sam Faiers has decided to slim down before the festive period begins, showing off the results of her 'no carbs, no alcohol' regime by stripping to her underwear for a sexy selfie.

The 22-year-old star is seen wearing a lacy black triangle bra and matching knickers, showing off her washboard stomach and slimline figure in the process.

Of course, sceptics will say that the timing of Sam's selfie is no coincidence, given that her ex-fiancé Joey Essex is currently romancing a beauty queen in the Australian jungle on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

And Sam most certainly rivals Amy in the bikini body stakes, with not an inch to pinch as she posed up for the camera.

Clearly just seconds away from having her picture taken, Sam is seen with her blonde hair teased into Farrah Fawcett style flicks, and with a smoky eye and pink lip adding to her overall ensemble.

Sam has lost more than a stone since June, going from a size 10 to a tiny size 8, and has been sticking to an intensive diet and exercise regime which involves her working out with a personal trainer three times a week.

A source told Closer magazine: 'Sam really likes her new shape. She's been working hard and is thrilled with the results.

'She's determined to look her best in her bikini. Even when she was in Dubai recently, she was doing 500 sit ups every day.

'She's also been training with a personal trainer three times a week and has been doing interval training as well as resistance work with weights.'

However, despite looking better than ever, friends of the reality star say she is still keen to lose a further half a stone, to obtain her dream body before Joey returns home from the jungle.

But Sam's sister Billie said that the pretty blonde has been finding it more than difficult to watch Joey and Amy flirt Down Under.

She told Closer: 'It's never nice to see your ex flirting with someone else - it's not a good feeling. Sam is quite tough. She's keeping her chin up and doing fine.'
